It went very well. The installers were very professional and had worked for the company for many years. I upgraded my system and my house is more comfortable than it used to be. The plumber found the leaks quickly and fixed them without delay. I'm really glad I chose this company to do the work for me; they were very pleasant to work with. They made sure to clean up after they were finished, and took away the old HVAC unit. I would highly recommend them.

They do good work and seem honest. They don't try to oversell anything. Usually one person comes out and it takes about 40 minutes.

Really good experience. Worked with us to tailor the system to meet our needs and coordinate with our renovation plans.

The technician is good. He is familiar with our furnace, and ect.

The repair person put in a new piece connected with igniting the heater, and we now have hot water.

I will absolutely use them again. Takes 1/2-45 minutes to do the work. I have no problems, its the easiest way to say. They make sure I have no problems.

They're really honest when something is not right. They don't try to price gouge you when your furnace goes out or something goes out and you're about to drop a bunch of money; they don't try and take advantage of you. They give you the options and let you decide what you want to do.

I've used them for years. I've been using them to check on my furnace and air conditioner for probably about seven, eight years now. The main water shut-off valve didn't close all the way. That becomes a problem when you can't install your washer and dryer. They installed a new shut-off valve on the washer/dryer connection; it took them only 20 minutes to fix it. If you like them as a heating/cooling company, you're going to love them as a plumber.

They are coming next month. They are convenient.

I don’t have any complaints. I don’t have anything to compare them to. It is one of them things where they send a different service man out each time, some are better than others.

Midwest offered a very reasonable price on a new A/C, furnace, and tankless water heater. Install for the HVAC was seamless. Nice, friendly, and professional people that tolerated my thousands of questions from curiosity (I'd never seen a total rip out and replace before). Tankless water heater install had a couple of hiccups, but Jack (the owner) was very cordial and respectful and came up with a solution to satisfy everyone. Because of their willingness to go to the extra mile, I can't give Midwest a grade lower than 'A' across the board.

They installed the unit while I was at work, everything was complete before I got home.

The tech showed up on the scheduled day on time with a phone call ahead of time. He came in and right away said this wasn't his speciality. He diagnosed a bad transformer and replaced it. He how ever could not test the zone controller to make sure it was working correctly and there was alot of air noise in our ductwork now. He had to call for help. An appointment was made for their "super-tech" to come out the following day between 11-2p and he would resolve the issue. Two O'clock cam and went and no word from anyonw at the company. Finally at 3:50 I received a call from their "super-tech" and he asked me a couple questions and said he would have to call me back but we could probably resolve this "over the phone". I called their office and was told the Assistant Service Manager would call me back. 30 minutes later a person called me back and asked what the problem was, I explained. He said well a guy is on his way(no Im sorry he didnt keep his appointment, no I'm sorry nothing) also while I was trying to explain the problem he kept talking over me. I finally gave up and hung up the phone. Horrible company and customer service. And yes its still broken which effect the heat in our house. We are not happy.

I have had contracts with them for 7 or 8 years. I have two heat pumps and so it cost $328. When you have a contract, they move you to the front of the line and they get here immediately like when my air conditioning was down last summer. That is the benefit of having a contract, they come right away.

I wouldn't be with them for 8 years if I didn't like them.

It was great. They showed up on time when they said they would and they did a great job. I didn’t have any issues. They left the area the same before they got there.

Jason and Brandon were outstanding! Timely arrival, extremely courteous and professional, super clean. The job was done quickly and was done right. The price was one of the lowest bids I got (not the lowest bit pretty close). I decided to go with them because of a previous excellent experience and I am glad I did. In addition to doing what I hired them to do they fixed a couple of small issues that they saw while in the attic at no extra charge.

They were great. The service guy is really good. I have a service contract with them. I intend to continue using their services.
