Description of Work: This was an installation of their dry basement system, which includes a two-pump sump and interior foundation treatment to direct ground water to the sump. This has fixed water leaks into our basement. They did a good job, and have done well doing any needed followup work.

Description of Work: We had used them five years ago for a large basement waterproofing project. I called them recently because we had water coming into the basement on the other side of our home. I asked the represenative if they had assessed all the walls in my home. "He said if it isn't broke when we come then we don't fix it". I asked when was the soonest that they could come into to fix my walls. He abruptly said hold on, and came back and said the November 15th would be the soonest that they could come. I asked him what would happen if we had heavy rains and he said that it was not his problem. I told him that this was not the way to treat someone who has been a customer in the past and that I would have to report to Angie's List. His response was"go right ahead". I then asked him if he is going to schedule the appointment and he said that he would.

Description of Work: They put steel piers under the foundation. They wanted to have access points so they dug down with a backhoe and lifted the whole basement to level the house.

EXIT PIPING WAS COMING OUT OF BASEMENT IN A MUCH MORE VISIBLE LOCATION THAN ORIGINALLY PLANNED, AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO INFORM ME OF THE CHANGE BEFOREHAND. THEN I WAS HOME AS I WATCHED THEM BEGIN TO PUT A DRAINAGE PATHWAY RIGHT OVER THE SIDEWALK, AND SHOOTING AT BRAND NEW DECK STAIRS AND HAD TO INTERVENE. WHEN COMPLETED, WATERPROOF LINER WAS NOT SEALED TO SURFACES AND SIDES OF CRAWL SPACE AS I HAD ANTICIPATED. SENT IN CUSTOMER COMMENT CARD AND GOT A CALL FROM COMPANY, WHO SENT OUT THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS, SALESMAN, AND A CREWMAN TO DISCUSS THE ISSUES I HAD WITH THE WORK. THEY SENT OUT A CREW TO SEAL THE LINER AND FOAM ANY GAPS, ADD ADDITIONAL LINER AND THREW IN A VERY NICE DEHUMIDIFIER FOR FREE WORTH ABOUT $2000. ALTHOUGH THE PROCESS WAS INITIALLY STRESSFUL, THEY GOT THE JOB DONE AND DEMONSTRATED THAT THEY WILL DO WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE YOU HAPPY.
Description of Work: GRADED MY PARTIAL CRAWL SPACE, INSTALLED SUMP PUMPS, AND A WATERPROOF LINER.

+ -1 moreMORE IMPORTANT THAN ANYTHING ELSE - THE SYSTEM WORKS AS THEY CLAIMED IT WOULD. MY BASEMENT IS DRY. THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN THEIR COMPETITORS. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. HE ONLY SUGGESTED INSTALLING THE SYSTEM IN THE PORTION OF OUR BASEMENT THAT NEEDED IT. HE CAME BACK AFTER THE INITIAL SALE WHEN I DISCOVERED WE NEEDED TO MODIFY SOME OUTSIDE PIPING. THE CREW CHIEF WAS ALSO VERY PLEASANT AND THE CREW CLEANED UP THE AREA AT COMPLETION. ALL IN ALL, THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
