We had a fabulous experience with Creative Concepts & Designs. Caleb was able to help us find a beautiful and unique design that works for our home and was within our budget. He made several trips to our home to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. Brent and his crew were as equally helpful and reliable. Their work was extremely thorough. By spending the extra time at our home and getting to know us as well as our style, Caleb, Brent, and their crew were able to add several personal touches to our project. In the end we were left with a beautiful, well built deck and pergola that we continue to receive compliments on and will enjoy for many years to come.

Hired this firm to build a deck for us. The design was very nice, and the end result is amazing. Had a few hiccups along the way that they responded to and handled our concerns. Work was done pretty quickly even during a rainy period.

Caleb is absolutely wonderful to work with and was able to give us excellent input on our project. Ultimately, Creative Concepts built a beautiful deck and pergola for us. Brent is a master at carpentry and is extremely attentive to making sure every detail is correct. After getting their bid, we asked about making a few changes and they were very flexible and easy to work with. Additionally, they have a great crew that are wonderful to work with. Our project turned out even better than we had hoped, and I would highly recommend them.

Our electrician was fantastic! Only issue ninjas was that the sales guy didn't have the best communication, but they got the job done at a reasonable price.

Caleb and Brent did a great job on our pergola. They had the wood delivered ahead of the actual build date so that we could stain the wood. The end product is even better than we had envisioned and I highly recommend them.

Would highly recommend. Very responsive, gave me the best price to upgrade the electrical panel in my rental. Came out and gave me a great quote, got the work done timely, took care of inspection as well. Big Thanks to Sam who took care of everything on this out of state rental property.

They came out and gave me a free estimate. Their price was the best I found. They came out a couple of days later to do the work. They were fast friendly and even cleaned up after themselves.

We didn't replace the deck as we'd hoped to, but had a portion of stairs repaired. There was no complaint about reduction of scope, and the work was done quickly, at a great price. Obviously took pride in his work. Will definitely call them when we are ready for the total replacement of our existing deck.

WORKMAN SHIP WAS VERY GOOD AND KNOWLEDGABLE TOOK ONLY 2 1/2 HOURS.

My electrician loaded up his tools completely, then spent an additional 20 minutes writing up the ticket, taking nearly 10 minutes to process payment & essentially milking it the last half hour of time to round my charges up to another full hour. I was in a hurry due to a miscommunication about the appointment time and had the kids packed up in the car, waiting to leave, while he apparently burned time loitering in the basement. I found this unacceptable.

They ran all the wiring and installed panel for a hot tub. Sam came by to do the quote, was knowledgable and professional. Sam and crew were right on time and work was done quickly. Hot tub installer would not do final hookup. Even though it was Christmas Eve day and Sam was scheduled to be done for the day, he came back out to do the hookup. That kind of service is getting hard to find.

The service tech was very courteous and made sure to explain the issue thoroughly.

Very pleased. I will use them again.
