First of all, their response is so quick, and told me the price and model # of the new water heating tank. I double checked the model # and their price in the internet, and realized I had a very good deal. two days later, they installed the new tank for me and took the old with them. Everything was great. I would recommend to my friends definitiely.

Matt, called me right away to schedule the appointment. He and his partner were timley, efficient. We have a very old toliet which needed a part. I have tried for several months to get it fixed. They were able to do it in very short order and they were very reasonable in their pricing. I would highly recommend CPR. In fact, i have already retained them again and will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs.

Matt and his helper replaced my garbage disposal, replaced plumbing lines under my sink and replaced my kitchen faucet. I now have hot water and everything is working great! I am very impressed with the quality of the work, their politeness and fair price. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I will be using them on many other projects around my home! Thanks guys!!

I was very happy with the timeframe of the service call by C.P.R. After submitting my project online I received a call almost instantly and they showed up within an hour and a half. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the faulty part was removed and he left with it to ensure that he got the correct replacement. He was back with 20 min and in another 10 we were up and running! Throughout the whole visit he was friendly and seemed like a very nice guy. The price was acceptable. I did feel a little burned on the labor cost once i researched the price of the part, but they have to make money and I needed heat.

Matt and his assistant fully replaced the plumbing on my home. Great Job, great service and was willing to help and provided additional instruction on all of our plumbing needs.

We'd been having issues with our furnace not turning on so we needed help. Of course, the night before our appt the furnace worked perfectly. I attempted to call to see if I should reschedule. The "owner" answered the phone and was EXTREMELY rude to me. I wanted to cancel service all together at that point. But the serviceman showed and said he could look at it. He was very nice and though he couldn't give us much information as the furnace was working, he was able to rule out many other issues to get to the right conclusion. He's working with us and guaranteeing his estimate for repair throughout the cold season. I would use HIM again.
