Prestige One Landscaping

Ok, it was a basic sketch. All I told them was I wanted to see a fire pit and water feature. They came up with the exact same design that my husband and I came up with on our own. Not impressed with the creativity, or lack thereof.

This company was professional from the start. They were here on time, returned calls , performed work at an exceptional level and was reasonable priced .

After receiving an estimate on 7-16-2013, I called Roye's office and let them know to proceed with the work. After several months and no word on a work schedule, I called his office again on 10-3-2013 and left a message on the recorder. The next day, his office called me and told me that the work would be done on the week of 10-7-2013. No one showed up, no one called. I have since done the work myself. I have used them in the past on another project and never had a problem and relied on them for the work. As a contractor myself, if you fail to keep the line of communication open with your customer, you can destroy the reputation you've spent years building up.

They did what they said they would do for the money that I paid. The person that came out was very professional and courteous. He gave me an estimate and was not pushy at all.

Since I'm on a busy street, backing out of my garage drive is often frustrating. They added a connection between the 2 drives so I can back out of my garage and go forward onto the circle drive and the side street. Rebuilt my house after a fire about 4 years ago which included a new circle drive in front after dropping the height of the driveway over 4 feet. The difference in quality between the 2 is astounding. Prestige One's quality is far superior to other concrete work I had done. They even came back a few days after removing the forms with top quality fill dirt to ensure a finished look.

I was interested in the Big Deal that was being offered for a paver patio. I had them come out for an estimate, they provided the additional cost and I put a $400 deposit down. I didn't hear from them for 2 months. I finally called and they stated that they were just busy but still intended on doing the work. I called back again at the beginning of October. They said they were still working on catching up but the truck would be do deliver the materials soon. I still haven't heard back nor have any materials arrived. It's just an unacceptable, excessive delay.

.The provider is busy so the work could not be done until about 2 months after scheduling. Work was excellent.Took a few days - crew very neat, excellent clean up, work precise. Neighbors who watched were very impressed. Provider responsive to doing additional work or changing some of the work. I am very happy with the results. When doing your work, the provider is totally focused on your project.

He showed up on time and was nice and attentive enough. I hadn't decided whether I was going to do the work myself or have someone do it for me. My expectations was to have an actual landscape design that met my needs/preferences and I could use to decide what to hire out and what to do myself. He did provide a sketch of the front which was semi-useful. And his cost proposal was lower than others. My problem is that I didn't like anything that he recommended. It was like he wasn't listening to me and my preferences. He recommended plants that I hate and recommended that I sod over an area that I really wanted to keep landscaped since I look at it out my kitchen window. While it was worth the time to get his opinion, it certainly was not worth the $50. For that price I expected more than a back-of-the-napkin sketch and a price proposal (which you get for free from most companies).

Prestige One was very busy thus delayed start but actually started on the estimated date they gave us when we met with Roye the first time. They did an excellent job working through some difficulties such as the house footing extending into the area we were putting the patio. We are very pleased with the product and it was finished in the time frame they estimated.

It went very well. The workers were on time, the materials were quality, and it was completed in a timely manner. The only issue we had was the workers were not clear at the changes we had made with the owner.

Evaluated our landscape issues/opportunities, provided many specific solutions and planting recommendations, drew a rough plan and provided cost estimates.

Everything went great, he walked through everything with me and I was very happy with how everything ended up.

We contacted Prestige One on July 1. Roye came out on July 2 and gave us an estimate to stop the water from entering our house along with some additional landscaping. We agreed to proceed with the work for the water repair and advised Roye of our plans. We waited over a month without hearing from Prestige. After we called, it took 2 more weeks before the repair team came out. The team of workers were efficient, professional, and friendly despite the temperature hovering around 100 degrees. After the work was completed, we waited for the next rain to make sure we had no water before replacing the flooring damaged by water. When the rain came, we had a small leak in an area that was not addressed by the installation of the French Drains. It took another 4 weeks before they returned to complete the work. We found the entire company from Roye, the owner, Jennifer the office person and the team of workers to be very friendly and helpful. We just didn't think it was professional for weeks to pass without the company providing us an update as to when they would be out to fix our problem. A simple weekly phone call from them would have been helpful!

Went very well, we have hired this company to go ahead and provide the service. We are scheduled for September. My expeditions are ...they will provide us with a quality job.

The workers prepared the site well and the work was done professionally. At the end of each day they cleaned up the area. After they were finished with the patio they came back with sod to cover the area of the yard they had damaged doing the work and storing pavers - that was unexpected but greatly appreciated. They went beyond my expectations and now the patio looks great. I asked the wife if she wanted to add anything to the review and she just said it was awesome!

This was done quickly and professionally. The finished product looks tremendous - so much better than the concrete work done when we built the house.

This big deal went ok. Nothing spectacular stood out to me. Scheduling was easy. I did not use them for work. I was promised a diagram and did not receive.

They came out and they were prompt.

They were professional and friendly. We paid for a bid with landscape design. The design was nice but not what we had in mind. The cost to re-do our landscape was more than what we had budgeted.

The provider had good ideas, arrived when scheduled and completed all work to our satisfaction. We would use him again.

It went well. I am very pleased with the work and how everything looks. Roy is very pleasant and eager to please.

I contacted this company about providing a quote to do some work in removing a concrete patio and doing some landscaping. The appointment was scheduled for two weeks later. No problem, except a week later I was contacted that somehow they were double booked and needed to reschedule the appointment. The woman who contacted me was apologetic and polite. I understand these things happen sometimes(not exactly sure how with computerized systems these days). However, somehow when I rescheduled for another date there was a mixup. They must've had one date and I had another. I took off early one day to meet the contractor who would be giving me a bid. Nobody showed up. Then a week later I get a call saying they will be coming the next day... which I cancelled because I could not get off work early enough to meet them. Not sure where the miscommunication happened but I don't feel like I want to keep trying with them at this point.

The owner Roye Dillon came out to determine the type and size pump we would need to operate our water feature. He evaluated the present set up to determine if any changes or adjustments needed to be made prior to installation. He was very knowlegeable and his employees were skilled and efficient. Within a few days the new pump was installed; it was checked for leaks and our water feature is now working beautifully.

It was a great experience. The designer showed up exactly on time and was ready to work. She was very realistic on what we could do ourselves and what we should have someone come and do for us. She provided us with a plan that could be done in stages so we could approach it by our udget which was great.
