I had a simple stairway needing carpet. Murphy was by far the least expensive. They pulled off the old and replaced it with new in about 2 hours. They were neat, cleaned up the mess, were friendly and vry professional.

Rob was easy to talk to. He was patient to answer all my questions and concerns. He was flexible in working with me in selecting the floor. We had a very tight schedule to get the flooring done, and Rob was able to make it happen. His crew did a good job in laying the floor with very tight seams. A slight issue is that there is a lot of dust in the home after the installation. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The service man, Mr Casey went right to work, moving furniture, and detaching the carpet, stretching it to remove the ridge bubble that was in the carpet; He replaced the furniture and had completed the work and was departing within an hour and thirty-five minutes. We are well pleased with the results.
