They raised two trailer court driveways that were holding water and patched the main road. They were on time, friendly and instructive as to the overall process. They cleaned up the area after the work was completed. Compared to other bids, I thought their pricing was very fair. I would hire them again and would recommend them to others requiring the same work.

The job was sub par for the money paid. The owner never showed up when he told me he was coming. The crew sent never called ahead to alert you they were coming. Left grass sticking through cracks that should have been filled. The crew overall was very rude and unproffessinal. I will need my driveway sealed again next summer for their lack of knowledge of their job. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

Raymond and his crew do stellar work! Professional, trustworthy, prompt, courteous. I did my research and it paid off they delivered, far exceeding my expectations. They arrived to do the job and wasted no time it was completed quickly, efficiently, yet meticulously. My husband and I are over the moon with the results of their amazing work. Truly, it s been an awesome, positive experience. I recommend Charlton Paving & Slurry Seal 1000 percent and will be calling them in a couple of years to schedule a maintenance seal on my beautiful asphalt driveway.

Think twice before you use this person. He seemed like a nice guy, the job was totally not what we anticipated. If w had known then what we know now we never would have hired them.

I originally reviewed Charlton Paving as high across the board. They were out to our home quickly and had the job knocked out in no time. I've since updated my review for the following reasons: The driveway is already crumbling in some areas. I was told that they would come back to review any issues - but, despite my best efforts, I have not had a single person back to review the work in the months since the job was completed. Part of Charlton's commitment to me was that the flooding in our driveway would be corrected with the new overlay. This was not the case - the flooding worsened. They committed to fixing this issue. Two months later, they sent two guys to spread a LOT of dirt out (I felt horrible for them. It was hot, and the dirt was a HUGE pile of mud, they worked for 12 hours manually spreading it. They were awesome). I was told they would also seed the dirt, which has never happened. Time and time again I was told a date that he'd be there, and every time that date was missed with no communication to me. I am very disappointed not only in the work, but the complete lack of customer service and follow through with their commitment. I am now left with a driveway in need of repair, and a giant pile of dirt in my yard. I am now forced to hire someone else to fix the issues with the driveway, and to hire someone to till my dirt and plant new grass. I didn't want to write this review. I have been more than patient and professional with Raymond. I 've given him every opportunity in the world to help make this right. I'm not entirely sure why I received the treatment I did - given the other reviews I see here, others don't seem to have had these issues. Win some lose some, I suppose.

Poor service, poor job rating

They applied a seal coat to our asphalt parking lot in June 2018. At the time they told us it would last 6 years and they would fix any issues that might arise. 3 months later, the seal started chipping out all over the lot and all attempts to have them come fix the issues have failed. We now have a parking lot with the seal coat chipping out all over and no attempt from Charlton to do anything about it.
