My husband contacted Charlton Asphalt and he came out the following tuesday...gave us a fair estimate and we checked out his reviews on Angi and The BBB...he had excellent reviews..He said he could come the following week and he did and he did an excellent job within a few hours...his crew was efficient and very friendly...we are so happy we contacted Raymond...will highly recomend him to everyone

Called them on a Friday and work was completed on Monday. Very prompt. Good price. Large enough crew that work was done quickly. Friendly crew.

Put asphalt on 160 foot driveway. Prices were reasonable and quality of work excellent. Workers were friendly and listened to any concerns. This is not a sketchy company, they delivered on what they said and the price and quality were what was agreed on. Lot of companies out there that give you pause for concern, this isnâ t one of those. I would hire again without reservation.

We hired Raymonds company to install an asphalt driveway. Customer service was fine until the job was finished and the check for $4850 was given. It rained the week after installation, and we discovered that we had five areas of the new driveway that did not drain. Two of them measure about 3 feet by 3 feet, one is 3 by 5, and there is a trough; where the asphalt meets the garage concrete pad. The largest area is about 7 feet by 13 feet. In other words, every time it rains, we have around 125 square feet of water sitting on the driveway. We contacted Raymond within a week of the installation, and contacted him again three more times. He said he would fix the problem. We have not had any communication from Raymond since July 21; it is now October 13. We chose this company because they had done two paving jobs in our area, and we were impressed with their work. However, the crew that was here for our installation left a pile of asphalt in a flower bed and the transition from asphalt to concrete at the garage is a mess with splotches of asphalt on the concrete. We were told by the crew that both of these items would be taken care of, but neither was. The crew had an equipment breakdown which caused several hours delay during installation, so they may have been too much in a hurry to finish the job properly. We cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

I received high quality work. Their overall efficiency and promptness made for an unanticipated short time-line. In comparison to other business relationship experiences I've had, the integrity put into the way they conduct business makes the "check writing process" a pleasurable experience... I say Bravo!!

Raymond was very easy to work with, honest, great communication. His crew was very respectful and really want to make us happy with their work. He even has wonderful skills for getting neighbors on board.

Raymond worked well with a small neighborhood group to complete a project to pave our private road. We will have him back to periodically seal the drive to keep it maintained.

Contacted them on Sunday, they supplied a bid on Monday, on Tuesday the job was done.

I saw this companies work at a couple of neighbors homes and looked to be done well. I had Raymond (owner) come and look over some bad work done by a different Asphalt company a few years earlier and he corrected the multiple problems and done a first class job AND did it the same day that I asked him! He's been doing work for our owners association a couple of years now and I can understand why. Highly recommended!

Raymond and his crew were great to work with. We had them pave our subdivision road and complete side jobs for home owner's parking areas and driveways. His pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. His communication was impeccable as Raymond kept me informed on timing, and any project concerns. His crew also showed up on time when they said they would, which is many times at the lake a huge concern. I would definitely use them again. I will be happy to provide references if needed.
