Fast, efficient and professional!

Pros: They showed up on time. The guy was nice. The problem I hired them for was resolved. Cons: (disclaimer: the guy was nice. I hate to talk badly about him, but I wish I hadn't hired this company.) The plumber didn't inspire confidence as he muttered "I don't know why it's doing that" in a rather upset tone most of the time he was working on our shower. He smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, and my house smelled like it for a few hours after he left. There were new issues with our shower after he left, so we had him come back. He replaced another valve, and it works now. However, the shower faucet handles are no longer snug to the wall. He did something with the main water line that made it leak in our basement. At this point, we didn't want him working on our plumbing any more. My husband figured out the simple fix to that problem (turning the main water all the way on? I don't know), so we didn't have to call a different plumber to fix that particular leak, but our carpet did get pretty wet.

Very professional. Repaired a gas leak from our fireplace I had them come back the next day because of a potential gas leak. They came immediately and everything was OK. They never changed me and told me better to be safe than sorry. Highly recommend

I contacted The Plumbing Pro to get a second opinion/estimate on replacing the main sewer line that another company told me needed to be replaced due to many cracks, bellies etc. While talking to Travis about what they found he was asking details that I didn't have. It came to the point that the only way to 100% figure out what was wrong is to run the camera down the line. I did pay the first company to do so but when I asked them for a copy of the video they couldn't provide it due to computer issues and had already deleted the video. So I had Travis run the camera down the line and found that there were in fact NO cracks or other issues. Thanks to Travis at The Plumbing Pro I am not digging up the 42 feet of perfectly fine plumbing in my basement and spending thousands of dollars. I can't thank you enough!!
