My sump pump went out and my basement had water in it. Zach came out right away, did a great job and was really professional. So glad I found Mac Wilson. I would highly recommend this company.

Punctual, fast , and professional (completed in 1 hour). Very courteous. Observed coronavirus protocols by wearing masks. When old tank would not drain inside, they took outside, opened up my clogged yard drain , and drained tank there and hauled it away. great job. Only issue is a noticeable humming noise with system.

Did a pretty good job, but was kinda jumping the rushing me. Told me one price when they came out yo look. But when came to do the word my son was talking to him and he mentioned the price it was 100.00 dollars more. Went ahead and had it done. Because I needed at that point.

Had them come out in January dug up my yard left it a hug mess sewer line not fixed called them back took them over a month to come out with a camera the leak was because they did not get all the clay pipe out, was out finally 2 weeks ago they left went to do laundry still not fixed they did not check to see if it was leaking before the covered the whole again and only covered it part was my steps are not fix yard not fixed it?s coming into may the yard repair was in the contract would not recommend them to no one I see all these reviews amazing he has put us on the bottom of his list and nothing is done I wish I could put my photos on this review need help getting this resolved.

I had such a great experience with Mac Wilson. Donna was SO GREAT to deal with over the phone on a weekend. She was so helpful, so nice and couldn't have been more understanding. Zak did my install and I really couldn't be any happier. I have found my new plumber!

I was contacted by Mac Wilson Plumbing, after I posted my need for a water heater replacement. Donna; who was pleasure to work with, listened to me, and got me in touch Zach. We talked about what was going on with my existing water heater and determined that it was past its prime. Donna had told me that they installed Ruud Professional model heaters... not the type that is sold at the big box stores. I decided to go ahead, and was amazed when I was told that they could install it the very next day. Two plumbers showed up and finished the job in just a few hours. They were very conscientious and neat. Zach and everyone in this company are great to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumber... Very honest and customer oriented. Pricing was good too. Zach told me that most companies charge extra for the expansion tank; which code requires, but he includes it in the price.

it was amazing fast service! very reasonable... when I got a lower quote they match it. great knoledgeable and polite workers.

They were here early and they went right to work and fixed the leak. They were finished within 30 minutes. They cleaned up the area and made sure the other gas appliances were working after turning on the gas.

Spilled something on new carpet and did not tell me, did not notice until they were gone. They drilled a hole into the chimney from outside to run a gas pipe and did not seal the hole/pipe after. Update they came back and fixed everything I had pointed out, very courteous!

I would definitely recommend this company. Everyone I spoke to and the guys coming to my home to fix my issues were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again if needed.
