Took money for design and estimate. Never called and never came back with design or estimate. Stay away from him.

Someone came out and spent an hour taking pictures and talked over the issues. He said he would get us a quote back in a week or two and I never heard from them again. I sent an email 4-5 weeks later and I never got a response to the email. I called them last month and they told me the guy that came out was no longer with the company and didn't leave any information. A new guy was supposed to come out and never showed. He called another day and that time wasn't convenient. He never called back to set anything up.

Never got off the starting block. no response after the initial visit.

Horrible

Took me 2 weeks before I could get anyone to communicate with me. Finally got a phone call from Kevin (not the owner as per what the big deal coupon said). I later learned from my neighbor that Kevin took a look at my property before he called me. Set up an appointment with Kevin. Took a little while to get a day/time that would work for both of us. Kevin came out and I walked him through the property, explaining what I was looking for. He took pictures with his phone and said he would get back to me in a couple weeks. It's been 4 weeks and no communication what so ever. Going to try and get my money back as this Big Deal was simply not a deal. I understand that small companies can get to be very busy however I will not tolerate a company that advertises for business and then does not even communicate.

The guy who came out was very nice and took his time to go over everything with me and said the design would be ready in 2 weeks. When 3 weeks had gone by I called him to find out where the design was, and he never returned my text/call. By the following week I called again and he answered, said that he was in a car accident, and that is why he did not get back to me. He said that my design was done and that he would email it to me that night. I still never received it so after a week, I called and left another message. I emailed the supervisor about all my frustrations, and still never got a response from the supervisor either! I called last week and left them a message that I was going to submit a complaint to Angie's list and they called me back with in a few minutes, he said he would make it right, he just needed to talk to the tech and would get back to me. A week later I still had not heard from anyone so I requested a refund of my big deal.

They were on time and completed the job when they said they were going to do it. The job looked flawless.

They did a wonderful job. It looked very professionally done and they were priced very fair. They were very friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and the end result was beautiful. They did a very nice job both in the front and back. One of the big things for me was that they were very responsive to any questions that I had about the project.

I called them three times and left messages over a week and a half time period. Then on April 17, 2012 I received an email saying they would come out today. But the person did not show. He said it was his fault, he scheduled it on the wrong day.

I called several times, left multiple messages and I have also sent emails and they were unresponsive. If I cannot even get a response from my initial inquiry, I have no confidence that I could get them to actulaly do the work. Under normal circumstances I may have given them more time, but we are really looking forward to completeing this project. Even if they are really busy and can't start our project right away, we would have liked them to call us back and schedule the project for a later date.

I am extremely satisfied with Earthscape. I was very happy with the entire design and impressed with their expanded knowledge about what plants would work in my yard and where they would flourish. They were all very professional, reliable, showed up when they said they would and were all friendly. They had the lowest bid out of the three companies who came to give estimates. I've had many neighbors come and ask who did the landscaping because it looks so nice.

They did a very professional job, in a timely manner and were excellent at communication.
