They were professional, did everything they said they were going to do, explained everything thoroughly and did a professional job. They cleaned up everything and didn't leave anything behind.

They gave us a special deal because, we purchased all of our appliances from them. We got a patio door and there was a problem with that so they gave us a special deal on that.

The model number gave me said 93% efficiency but when I called train and ran the serial number. They said it was not 93% efficiency it was for 90% efficiency. I also looked on line it was also 90% efficiency. I would not use them again for any contract work.

It went very well. The refrigerator is huge, and we were worried that it wouldn't fit in the house. They helped my husband take the door coming into the house off, to make it easier. They also took the doors off, and were able to get it in with no problems. They also gave us a couple hints to using and running the fridge.

This was a horrible experience. I don't ever plan on shopping here again! The person who entered the pick up and delivery information made a mistake and it looked like the door was picked up the day I bought it, but it wasn't. In fact, they actually watched the video surveillance to see if I had taken it out of the store in my little car! I can't believe they would treat a customer like that!

We were very pleased to learn that they would be out "LATER THAT SAME DAY" to install our new water heater. They showed up promptly and quickly had the old unit disconnected and out of the house. The new unit was installed quickly and they even called the county inspector to meet them at our home to inspect the work. Before we knew it we had a brand new, higher capacity water heater working and operational. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the work and the service. The crew left the area clean and neat.
