 + -1 moreThe model number gave me said 93% efficiency but when I called train and ran the serial number. They said it was not 93% efficiency it was for 90% efficiency. I also looked on line it was also 90% efficiency. I would not use them again for any contract work.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. The refrigerator is huge, and we were worried that it wouldn't fit in the house. They helped my husband take the door coming into the house off, to make it easier. They also took the doors off, and were able to get it in with no problems. They also gave us a couple hints to using and running the fridge.
Description of Work: We purchased a french door refrigerator and they delivered and installed.

 + 0 moreThis was a horrible experience. I don't ever plan on shopping here again! The person who entered the pick up and delivery information made a mistake and it looked like the door was picked up the day I bought it, but it wasn't. In fact, they actually watched the video surveillance to see if I had taken it out of the store in my little car! I can't believe they would treat a customer like that!
Description of Work: I purchased a Pella sliding patio door with screen from them and set up a contractor pickup for the door.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreWe were very pleased to learn that they would be out "LATER THAT SAME DAY" to install our new water heater. They showed up promptly and quickly had the old unit disconnected and out of the house. The new unit was installed quickly and they even called the county inspector to meet them at our home to inspect the work. Before we knew it we had a brand new, higher capacity water heater working and operational. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the work and the service. The crew left the area clean and neat.
Description of Work: Our water heater suddenly went out. We opened the phone book and quickly saw Lowe's ad for water heater service. We called the toll-free number and were immediately connected to a representative who asked us several questions to determine which water heater would be best for our needs. We agreed upon a unit and they scheduled our service call.
