They were very nice and professional. They came out and gave me a free quote pretty quickly. The only reason I didn't use them is because I had a friend who is also in the business and his quote came out a little bit better. They were very competitive and very friendly. The estimate was right around $1900. I would definitely consider them for another quote.

The installer was great - very skilled, pleasant, on-time, and cleaned up daily. The experience with the sales person was not as great. I had to remind her twice to deduct the amount of our Angie's list coupon. She also included removal of the old flooring on our bill even though the new floor went over the top of the old floor. I had to remind her twice about making an adjustment for this also.

They did a wonderful job! They were easy to work with.

Everything went great. The sales call was on time and brought plenty of samples and options. It was very convenient to see the samples in the room and in the natural lighting. Installation was professional, clean, and done to excellent quality standards. They even made efforts to improve some quirky carpentry work in the way they installed the carpet, they made extraordinary effort to make sure it looked good.

The installers arrived on time. They did the work efficiently. It was only after they left and I inspected the job closely (something I should have done before they left) that I noticed the flooring did not line up straight with the base cabinets and the step to the landing. I called and spoke with the owner who came out and looked at the job. We decided on a practical solution and arranged to have the same installers return to correct the problem. The installers arrived and one immediately started to "explain" to me that the problem was due to walls that were not even. He continued trying to justify his work and I had to tell him that I was not interested in "why" I just wanted the flooring to be straight. He did make the required repairs. I think this company has excellent sales personnel and the carpet installer was great. I would be cautious and watchful with other installers.

Classic Carpet installed wall-to-wall carpet in our master bedroom and closet. They moved the furniture, removed the old carpet and installed new berber carpet. The whole experience went like clockwork. They came when scheduled, did the work very well and in a timely fashion and moved the furniture back. So easy and effortless on our part. They were very professional! We'd use them again in a heartbeat!

We looked at many different companies and decided on the Classic because of the hard work of our sales person Diane. The installation was great and we are real happy with the results.

They did a fabulous job. They have been around for a while, but one of the reasons I chose them was because they had no complaints on the Better Business Bureau and were rated as one of the best companies in North County. Their workers were very polite and friendly. This was done about two years ago and it still looks great! I would definitely hire them again.

They were professional and I was happy dealing with them, but apparently they use independent installers and I had a problem with them being late.

They were good. They were on time and did a nice job. They worked hard and did not leave the job site during the day, not even for lunch!

I purchased 5" oak laminatior flooring. The salesman called me and told me the company was no longer making the 5" only the 3". He would try to find enough 5" to fill my order and did I want to switch to the 3" if he could not. He was able to fill my order for 5" boards. Everything was delivered on time,

The whole experience was outstanding. I've done houses before. The workmanship was perfect; every detail they covered. If there was any problem, they came and fixed it right away. The quality of the merchandise was top-notch. They were very pleasant and always on time. The merchandise was exactly what I wanted and the poeple that helped me through the process of choosing the products were very helpful and listened to me and really got exactly what I wanted. I'm extremely pleased. I would recommend them to everyone.

We are thrilled! Debbie brought a variety of samples with her and it was very helpful to be able to view them next to the wall and trim colors and in the context of a fabric sample from the furniture we'd ordered, as well as next to several of the accessories we'd chosen. After a few moments of debate, we were stumped, but she went back out to the car and brought in a small square of one of their premium grade carpets and we immediately fell in love. She took accurate measurements and we confirmed our order the next day. She also noted they had a different color of threshhold that would better complement our decor, which was something we would not have thought about ourselves. The carpet took a week or so to arrive, but once it did the installers came out and did a great job. The carpet itself is of very good quality and offers a better-than-average stain resistance and warranty. It and the new darker thresholds look great, and feel absolutely wonderful underfoot! We definitely will use this company again when we recarpet the upstairs and re-do our kitchen floor next year.

Nothing but high quality results, from dealing with the Diane (in sales) to the two (2) installation teams (John and Jason) and (Randy and Donna). Everyone was very professional. The entire project took 3 days (1 crew on the 1st floor and 1 crew on the second floor). On the morning of day 1 when they arrived with the new carpet, we looked at the color (as they started to unroll it) and said "oh my god, what did we buy"! But by the afternoon of day 3, we looked at the finished product and said we "absolutely love this carpet" !! I would highly recommend Classic Carpet to friends and family. Diane came out the day after I called to go over carpet (family room) and vinyl (kitchen) samples. She was so pleasant and really knew her stuff. That afternoon she provided us with samples. I decided to only do the carpet, because of price and my budget. They took the deposit over the phone and scheduled me at my convenience (3 weeks out). The intallers (Randy and Donna) were wonderful. They arrived and got right to work. They were kind to me and my preschooler. Randy did a great job installing, and Donna did a nice job cleaning up. I was very happy with the entire experience!

Very professional from start to finish. They showed up on time for the quote, laid the carpet when we wanted, and they even had a piece of "left over" carpet that they left to use as a mat.

The salesperson was extremely helpful. She came to our house and helped us pick a carpet that fit our lifestyle and decor. I checked around and the price and quality seemed great for what we needed. We were on a timetable because of other work that was being performed at the same time. The carpet came in on time and was able to be installed according to our project timeline. However, I was told that there would be "installers" and it turned out to be one installer. This is where things went poorly. The carpet was extremely difficult for one person to install. He had problems moving the carpet (it was a very heavy, thick carpet) and had trouble moving our furniture by himself. The installer seemed to know what he was doing but the process was painfully slow. I was told he would be at our house by 9am and he was consistently 30 minutes+ late which made me late for work. Because of the late start, he would be there throughout dinner time (6pm or later.) Unfortunately, the project was not completed when the company promised and our house was left a mess during a long holiday weekend. I did contact the company with some concerns about the installation but they were dismissive. I did not want money back but there were a few items that could have been corrected easily which they did not do.

The salesman was extremely helpful with product/color selection. She was very professional, knowlegable and candidly answered all questions. The installers were also very professional, polite and hard working. Installation took about 10 hours (over two days). They came on time and left at reasonable hours. The carpet and vinyl flooring look great. My only criticism is they marred my freshly painted walls, some wood trim, and the front door in a few spots as they handled the carpet/vinyl. I now have to touch up the paint in those areas. Overall, though, the job and finished product are excellent.

They were excellent. They were prompt with their quote; they came out to our house to show us samples and to walk us through the process even though they are located far from us.

Bidding was very competitive for this project and their previous installs had gone so well for us, that the got this large project. While the installs ran a little long, they were attentive and kept me informed about the progress regularly. No additional costs were charged beyond the work that was bid.

They have it all written up, but haven't came out to do the work yet. They will probably have it in by the end of the month. We went with them because they took the time to show us all of the carpet samples, and they explained it. They did a very good job with that. They allowed us to take them home and try them. They then came over and took all the measurements, and then worked up the price. We got some other estimates on carpeting, and they seemed to have the best price and carpet selection.

The finished job was well done and the price was reasonable.

The experience was pretty good. The installer was fine. He had a habit of questioning my questions. The price was pretty good.

First of all, the sales person did a great job. Came out to my home and helped me figure out what I wanted as well as providing some nice samples.

The entire project took about a week. They were professional when they were interacting with me and my family. They cleaned up after themselves well. They were very candid with us and the pricing was very competitive. They offered us some good ideas for later on. I appreciated that they were very detail oriented. They were very good at communicating with us about when they wanted to come and work on the job. They made sure to call and let us know when the job before us went a little long and they would have to push the start date back a couple days. After that initial issue they were there when they said they would be and they were done when they said.
