Description of Work: Removed tile flooring in kitchen & two stairway landing areas, carpet from living room, hallway and three bedrooms. Repaired sub flooring in kitchen and replaced with new linoleum along with two stair landing areas. Installed new padding and carpeting in other areas. Installed commercial carpet on entry steps from garage. The work was completed just as agreed to and on time. Looks awesome! Wife is happy so everyone is happy!

Description of Work: Overall very happy with the service. We needed a lot of work done because of water damage. With 2 people 8 hours, they fixed the damage and repainted the master bedroom. Includes ceilings, several coats, and prepping closet. They also advised us on paint selection, saving us money as well.

Description of Work: Put in a new kitchen floor. Took the vinyl out, put new sub floor in and leveled it, replaced with porceline tiles.

Description of Work: Classic Carpet installed both hardwood flooring and carpeting. It was a complete job of pulling out old carpet and vinyl, hauling it away and installing the new flooring. They cleaned up between the removal and new install, and then again after the installation. They paid attention to detail and were very pleasant. The only issue I had was the wood flooring took 3 partial days to install. We had been told it would take 2 or 3 days, but I didn't like having to take 3 days off work when they were partial days. Classic Carpet was very responsive to my frustration. The owner said they would re-evaluate their scheduling. He also offered a discount on the carpet that was going to be installed. Installation and instructions on care of the new flooring were great. I am very happy with the work. They also had the lowest price of 3 Angie's List blue ribbon companies.

Description of Work: Requested a specific carpet I had seen at a different dealer and they responded quickly with their installed price.Carpet was installed by professionals who were extremely courteous. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: I called the store and made an appt for Christy to come out with carpet samples. She helped me decide which carpet would be the best value for the purpose. I ordered the carpet and had it installed. It was just as promised.

Description of Work: I went over to the shop and the lady gave me an explanation of the different costs. She showed me the various pros and cons of the material.

Description of Work: A representative came to the house with carpet samples and was able to put together a bid that same day. The old carpet was removed from 4 bedrooms and a basement. New carpeting was installed in the same areas. Large furniture was moved by the installers. The installers also hauled away the old carpet and pad.

Description of Work: Had old carpet removed & new carpet installed in a large upstairs bedroom and on my back porch. First, a rep came to my house with samples & info--I did not have to drive way out to their store. Second, they set & re-set the install date to my convenience, without delay. Third, the actual installation was excellent. My rooms had some very difficult challenges: I had a long, built-in bookcase, and the carpet had to be cut & pieced around each support leg. Furniture had to be removed & replaced, and a built-in bed had to be removed. The porch had a raised, stone sill to be covered. All was done professionally, rooms look great. Clean-up was thorough and complete. Company followed up with a call, to check on my satisfaction.

ORIGINAL FLOOR SURFACES HAD TO BE REMOVED, PREP WORK DONE, INSTALLATION AND FINISH WORK. ALL WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WORKMANSHIP IS EXCELLENT (PARTICULARLY THE HARDWOOD AND TILE) AND INSTALLERS WERE CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT WORKING IN MY HOME. THEY KEPT THEIR MATERIALS TOGETHER AND CLEANED UP ANY MESS MOVED AND REPLACED MAJOR APPLIANCES AND BATHROOM FIXTURES IN ORDER TO INSTALL FLOORS COMPLETELY.
