I got a bid from Doug, who was responsive to all my questions and easy to work with. Scheduling was easy with several options and very flexible timeframe. I was told the crew would arrive, "as close to 7 as traffic would allow." 6:59am....truck pulls up. The crew was very polite, and professional. Plastic was put down to protect the floors, although it was not really needed. The hose was clean and did not leak dust or insulation into the house. They went about their work and were done in about an hour. Good price, good service.
