Very responsive from initial contact, through the completed project. They were adaptable to any time changes that I needed to make. Everyone I had contacted with were helpful and professional. The work met my expectations, and will use they again and recommend S & K to family and friends.

S&K Reece are now our "go to" contractors. They were always on time, willing to explain things to us and just plain did quality work. The job involved renovating my in-laws apartment in our walk out basement. My father in law who is 93 years old knows good renovation work and practices, and he was very impressed. Plus the guys with S&K Reece were very personable and didn't mind him being around. It made his week.

They answered all my questions and finished the job on time!! Will use again in the future!! A++

Installed a pergola kit on back patio and they were timely and paid attention to detail. We are very pleased and highly recommend them

Good service and quality.

I had garage trim done. First time they found rotting wood. I asked if it needed replacement and they said it was still solid. The trim was dented in the corners presumably because they hammered the corners to a wood trim. I paid them $770. I asked them to return and fix the top parts. They offered me a full refund but I thought I would give them another chance. I also requested that they replace the wood rot. They ended up removing the rotting wood and wood trim that caused the problem. I paid them $200 more for the cedar wood and the corners were great. However there is a dent still on the top that was not present there first time. They said it was because the frame slanted down.

Highly recommend. Very friendly, reliable, competent. Will be my first call for any work needed in the future. Couldn't be happier with the work. Sonny sets the bar very high for working with contractors. Just don't see his type of service these days.

Sonny is very professional and respectful. He installed new closet doors in all of our bedrooms. He ran into problems with the door openings not being square. He handled it like a pro! I donâ t think just anyone couldâ ve gotten it so perfect! The cost was fair and communication was spot on. I have zero complaints, and will be hiring S&K Reece again!

Sonny and Adam were fantastic. Great attention to detail and created a great deck for us on budget, on time and with great overall customer service! We have them coming back for another quote for more work next week. Also, the cost of our deck construction was around 15% lower than 3 other companies quoted.

Needed some ceiling trim around a pull-down attic door. Sonny and his son did a fantastic job and it adds class to the area now. I would highly recommend using them on your home projects.

The first thing that comes to mind is excellent customer service, attention to detail, experience, you cannot go wrong with this company! Communication is key with any interaction and it is very easy to speak with Sonny and think through your project together. They are not rushing through the project, willing to listen, willing to give advice from vast experience and knowledge. It was a very professional and comfortable experience.

If you want a quick response, honest assessment and more than fair price this is the company. We had a stuck interior door and the house goes back to the 1950s so we were prepared to replace it but wanted to get an assessment for repair. S&K texted me (on a weekend) made an apt for Monday no charge until he assessed it. He came on time immediately saw what was wrong and fixed it, then showed my wife in case it happened again. He also gave us a breakdown on a new door cost but felt it wasn't needed. When asked how much we owed he said $20. lol Another company had responded earlier in the day with a high rating and also told me the door could likely get repaired over a new 1 but he was charging $200 for 1 hour assuring me he could get the job done in 1 hour. I guess so since S+K did it in 10 minutes for 1/10th the time. A lot of companies in all the categories are looking for ways to rip us off and most of them have sparkling ratings because most of us don't know what something costs to fix. $200 sounded reasonable to repair an old door but cheaper than a new 1. When you find an honest company stays with them. S+K didn't make anything today but they will down the road when we are ready to get a new door and other projects.
