The kitchen team and Lowe's is very responsive and easy to work with. All of the items have been ordered and will be installed in January. Everything up to this point has been fabulous. I will repost after the project is complete.

Windows are expensive. They have two groups that work for them and the second group was just amazing. I would be OK recommending both groups because, their prices were good. If we needed windows we would go there again. We had three or four different companies come out and give us estimates. They were up there in quality and their prices were much lower. The first one was put in, in the spring and the rest were put in two weeks ago. The only thing they didn't do was painting which, we did and wasn't a big deal. They did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. If we have to have anymore done, I'm going to specifically ask for that time. We would definitely use them again.

(This is actually the Lowe's in Lake St Louis MO, but that wasn't an option) I purchased an over the range microwave from Lowe's and had it installed. I used it to make vegetables and realized it was venting steam all up my cabinet, even though it is supposed to be venting outside my house. I called the manager of the appliance department and they sent the installer out again. The installer blamed the microwave and said I need a microwave that has vents in the front, because although the stove vents outside the microwave steam vents inside. I called Lowe's and they told me, in a round about way, it was my fault because I should have told them I have a 15" deep cabinet. I really don't understand that concept since I thought that's what sales associates are for, to help guide you in your purchase. I told the appliance manager that no one asked me what size cabinets I have and his response was over 90 some percent of people have standard cabinets so they don't ask that question. The only question they ask is if we had an over the stove microwave installed previously. They offered me a low quality front vent microwave as an only option. Come to find out they don't make the front vent microwaves any longer. I won't go over how much time I've spent on the phone trying to deal with this or the crazy suggestions and comments I got from the appliance department and the installation departments. Finally the store manager reluctantly agreed to take the microwave back and pay for another reinstall. She was sure to tell me that they were making an exception. I was sure to tell her that I waited over 4 weeks to get the microwave, only to find out it doesn't work. In the mean time, I did some homework and it seems no one else has an idea what the installer is talking about. Other people have cabinets like mine and few have the problem. I've been told it was installed wrong and that it might have been a faulty microwave. Whatever the case, it wasn't handled well and I'm left with little trust that I can buy another appliance from them and expect good results. Seems they aren't going to do anything and the store manager never returned my call today and the installation person was very rude and challenging over the phone. Thus, I'm out my installation fee. Very frustrating since I would have never purchased this product had I had all the information. I will never purchase an appliance from Lowe's again.

They contracted with a company to preform the work. We worked with the Designer at the store and they did a beautiful job laying out the kitchen and helping us pick out the materials for the counter tops, cabinets, appliances, sink & other hardware. They did a great job and we were very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

Their service has been incredibly poor up to this point. We purchased granite through a company they work with and apparently either Lowe's or the company lost the slab of granite somewhere in the delivery process. We are never able to reach anyone regarding issues we are having and they seem to be very lost in handling the entire project.

It went very well. We were very happy with them. We compared pricing and they were comparable to other places.

I have not used them yet but I planned on it for my blinds. They are cheaper. They came out but have not put them in or have any kind of final product, anything like that to show. This was probably 3 weeks ago and was a half price, about $600. It is a huge difference. And speaking of the difference of the two was the blind guys would put in a top of the line, hundreds of glass or something of that sort, type of blind, where this will had a difference in the manufacturer. That is what I guess because on the windows right now, our hundred of glass wine that is one of the arch windows to have something, so, the guy from my yard was going to match the exact result. That should go on taking, but still, even if I wanted Lowes maybe they left a little bit even if I did not go a hundred for the final now. I should know that definitely what I am digging is going to be a half price. They were very fine, the same thing, they called like when they said, did it for 48 hours, someone gave me a call which they did, cannot play it on tide, kept calling, ended up connecting, set up an appointment, came out on time, we measure them and everything was fine there. I went back to the store and ordered the product and then, now, just waiting to come in, for them to come back out and put it in. I will give them an A for all of this.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the appliances we bought which is why we bought it there. They really understood their product and did a good job at selling it.

I decided to use Lowe's because they had the size of the door at the price I wanted. I had looked at a couple of places on the internet for it and Lowe's had the one that I wanted. They had the right size and price. I got a pretty good price on the door. I feel that they need to have more people there to help you if you have a question about anything you want to purchase. They don't have enough workers around to get your questions answered and you have to look around for a person. My experience with them is good but it is not the best.

It was great. They arrived on time, installed everything quickly, and left the area clean. When I realized that there was a problem with the door handles, they came back out and fixed them at no charge.
