My Father called this company to get a price and have them replace his winshield. a date and time were set. Now i have been detailing vehicles for 18 years and i also take care of mine and my fathers cars, i notice a chip in paint from 15 feet away . I recently just two days before they came washed my fathers car.i know every scratch or chip in both these cars. the car hadn't been anywhere since . come saturday pulling it out of the garage to clean garage i notice two multi lined scratches that most definitely not there 3 days ago and before they installed the windshield. I drove out today on monday to go to the company and speak with the owner. which is run out of his home which is fine. but when i take the car with me and explain that my dad sat and watched the two guys not only set a couple things on hood with no protection down and when they took old winshield out one of the workers had to regrip the winshield and they set it down on the hood. Speaking with the owner today he told me they do inspections on the vehicles before starting. they never did this with my father and if they don't include the customer to take a look with them, then its their word against yours. The owner tried to argue with me that it wasnt from glass or anything they set on it because they don't set anything on the cars. He had every excuse in the world and also said that sometimes they wipe sweat off the vehicle with a rag that could have some stuff on it. Then why would you wipe a painted surface with a rag that has glass shards and adhesive on it?? With out me even mentioning it he told me he wouldn't have the hood repainted and i never even hinted at that. told me to try and buff it out and let him know and he would do a partial refund of 15 or 20 bucks. The bill was $240 , it cost me 15 to drive the car out there. So now I have a damaged hood by two of their workers who obviously did not fess up to their screw up. Folks i most definitely would never recommend this company to even my worst enemy. Don' be fooled by the title of Master in the name.
