Chris was very prompt and professional. I only wanted my attic inspected. Once he completed the inspection, he explained the photos he took. He confirmed by sending the pictures and he results via email.

Chris was very througho and meticulous with my inspection. He checked every thing and answered all of our questions and was very professional.His report was detailed and even provided a punch list of the repairs. I would definitely use him again in the future of needed and was the least expensive out of all the inspectors who contacted me. Very happy with him and his services.
