The workers arrived exactly at the expected time. The work was done in two hours. We phoned our payment to the company after that. Everything went smoothly. Old gutters were taken away and there wasn't any mess to clean up.

As a first time home owner and my first major project, I took my time and did my research comparing different companies and window qualities. I had 4 or 5 different companies come for a consultation and Energy Pro was my last consult. They blew everyone else out of the water in terms of pricing, service, and quality. They replaced 4 double hung windows, one bathroom picture window, and one casement window that had severely rotted. The install was scheduled for about 4 weeks out. The installers were great - nice, quick, timely, thorough, and cleaned meticulously afterward. The most difficult window was the casement that was a full rebuild, molding and all. They did an amazing job, it looks exponentially better than the rest of my existing windows and molding, and they made sure to get rid of all of the wood rot. I would highly recommend Energy Pro, they're the best!

The entire Energy Pro team was customer service oriented and professional. Tom's sales presentation was thorough, and he willingly answered all the additional questions that we had. Dave, the owner, came out and double checked all of the window measurements before our windows were ordered. The windows arrived when we were told they would and the installation was set up immediately after. The installation team was terrific. They worked diligently and had all of the windows in in one day. The quality of their work was amazing. They left our house exactly as they found it. We are very happy with the windows and the job they did. We will use Energy Pros again when we have a need.

I don't believe I would use the same salesperson. However, I felt I got a fair price, the owner came out and measured, and the installer did a great job. The windows arrived sooner than I was told and we were able to get them installed about 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. The owner and installer were very professional and answered all my questions. The company has installers on payroll, which I liked, so they were not subcontracted out. They required 10% down and the rest on completion of the install. The windows have a nice weight and a slight tint. I got double hung which are easy to pull down and clean both sides. We had wood windows and the new windows are a vinyl. We wanted a wood look on the upstairs. I was worried the woods would not look good together, but they are very close. They did not have samples of their wood colors at the time.

The sales guy Dwayne was very punctual. He was not pushy. He listened to me as I explained what I wanted done for my house. He then offered a wide range of options for both my windows replacement project and my siding replacement project. After selecting my windows it was only about 3 to 4 weeks for them to be custom manufactured and installed. As an inspector I look at everything closely. These windows are amazing quality! The windows themselves are very well built, and the installation is top notch! I will call them back when my remaining windows need replaced. Also they came with a lifetime warranty which is always nice to have! My siding again was an awesome experience! My wife picked out one color, but later changed her mind. Even though it was just a week before installation, Dwayne managed to get our colors changed to a different color we had selected! We chose an insulated siding. I inspected the quality of the siding as well as the installation. Our siding installer was Nick. Let me tell ya, this guy does seamless work! I nitpick a lot and I found literally NOTHING wrong with his work This guy is a professional at what he does! The siding also comes with a life time warranty. When pricing my siding and windows EnergyPro was the lowest cost of the 4 companies I looked at locally in Kansas City. That was for premium windows and siding with lifetime warranties. Also the owner Dave stays involved. He came out to check and see the finished product and make sure I was satisfied with the work. He also calls to coordinate installation dates and is very considerate of your schedule and making sure they do as much as possible to not disrupt your family routine while performing their installations. Clean up was perfect as well! No mess at all was left behind! All in all, I would rate EnergyPro, their company, and their work a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows, siding, or doors. I will be returning to them for my business needs when I am ready to start more remodeling they can help with!

Very smooth process. Professionals at each level. Did as they said they would and no hassle.

They didn't damage any of the stucco on the outside of the home. The three other bids we received from other companies said they if they damaged the stucco they wouldn't fix it, but Energy Pro said if they damage the stucco they would repair. They cleaned up and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left and made it seem like they weren't even there. They are so nice, all the guys seem to love their job. They provide quality customer service and treat people they way they should be treated.

I called the morning I saw the wind damage, they had someone out to take a look at the window and help with getting the window put back in place within 45 minutes. They came back the next day to take the measurements for the new windows. They were one of the least expensive providers versus some other bids we have used. They were so clean, they vacuumed up after they were done and made it look like they were even there. They will go above and beyond to take care of you. It took about 5 weeks to get the new windows as they are special order. I have never had such great customer service from a company, like I have from them before.

Everything went just great. Other than our new windows in place you would never know anyone had been in the home. Very professional all the way through, work was done right and clean-up was thorough - all at a fair price.

Installation was great the two installer were middle aged white guys that knew what they were doing. Sales guy was horrible, if you have a choice in which salesman you work with pick anyone but Tom, if the windows weren't the best I saw I would have avoided this company based on Tom's sales approach.

The windows shipped ahead of schedule and the installers arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They started removal of the existing windows in the morning and completed the installation of all 28 windows by 5:00 PM that day with all the trim and caulking. The owner and supervisor visited the job site to make sure that project was proceeding to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with quality of the windows and the installation. We would definately recommend this company
