Description of Work: Replaced deck. Took a long time to get things going, which was partially my fault. A lot of phone tag. Quality of work was a little disappointing, although generally good.

Description of Work: Increased cost after signed contract due to work being more difficult than anticipated. Remodeled 4 homes & this is first contractor we've had trouble with.

Description of Work: I signed a contract to have an interior door replaced and baseboards installed on 11/4 . It is now 11-16 and I still do not have a start date. I signed a contract and now I am told that my project will have to be done on the weekends but not sure when they can get to it. After I signed the contract I had to call the salesman every time to get an update. They never called me to update me. I told them today that I was dissatisfied with their customer service and no longer wanted to use them. We'll see if they let me out of their contract. If you do use them fill in the start and completion dates as that is not put Norge contract. They come off first as a professional service but that was not my experience. How disappointing

Description of Work: They restored my basement after it had gotten damaged when the sump pump failed and the basement got wet because of that and also because of gutters and dirt around the foundation. They did a great job rebuilding the walls, painting and putting down the carpet. I also had them paint my upstairs laundry room and lay a new floor. All in all I was pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Bill was very professional. He gave us many options and price ranges. I did not feel like anything was a hard sale. He was creative and the work was done in a timely manner. We had our fireplace redone with a new mantle and stone, customized build in cabinets, and screened in our porch. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to all of my friends. They did not go over budget. The quote is the quote.

Description of Work: Bill, First Bill is very professional and punctual. The scope of damage to my home is broad; roof, gutters, deck, window boxes, cedar trim, window casings. My insurance carrier has been unrealistic and unresponsive to my documentation efforts on about 60K in damage. Bill has been very politely persistent in pursuing this with my insurance carrier. He has modified the format of his estimate numerous times along with additional detail on the damage related to my claim. He has finally got the work approved and I cannot imagine that someone as diligent as he in getting this claim approved will not be equally so with the work.
