Description of Work: Went well, except we couldn't get together. I purchased the big deal on 7/24/13 and set up a an appointment for 30 Jul 13, but had to cancel due to illness. I spoke with Susan Stewart several times and we attempted to set up a follow-up date for service. The last date she was available was 8/22/13, and since I hired her to assist with organizing a move, that date was past the date I was moving. The several phone conversations I had with her were very helpful. She was very supportive and encouraging, and I definitely would have availed myself of her services had I had more time. I can understand why she get such good reviews.
