Perfectly Placed Organization & Design - St Louis

She did a fantastic job. We got rid of some of the stuff in a short period of time. She just came in and looking at this for years, it's overwhelming and then she came in and one day it was done. She was kind and she even went the extra mile to use one of her resources to get rid of all the stuff I needed to get rid of and told me exactly where I could go to get rid of other things. She was very helpful. I thought the pricing was comparable. Obviously, no one wants to pay that much for some things but because she was so driven to do it in a timely fashion and get it done and brought her own lunch, I would say it was totally worth it, the money that she charged. She has a lot of other things that she can do. She's very responsive. She even called in to give reminders. I definitely would use her again.

They first asked a lot of questions to understand the obstacles we had to maintaining order, and what we saw as the ultimate ideal vision of how the space would be used. Then they jumped right in helping us start organizing our space. They very efficiently proposed a plan, and had many practical tips on making decisions on what to do with various items. Their no-nonsense, quick decision making resulted in a HUGE pile of items to be donated, and a very organized area of items we kept. Melissa kindly worked with our kids sorting through items in their play room, while Susan worked with my husband and me to tackle the unfinished area of the basement. The only downside was a sense of loss of control- since I wasn't able to be with the kids while they were sorting what to keep vs. what to donate, I am not comfortable donating the items sorted into those bags yet. I need to go back through those bags & make sure no heirlooms were tossed, and I'd also like to put all the pieces of a toy/game together (if you're going to donate a toy/game, why not make sure it has all of its parts so that the recipient child can fully enjoy it?!) I was impressed by how much was accomplished in just 3 hours. We were left with "homework"- additional items to sort, things to donate, etc. We are having them return for another session to continue where we left off, and get even more organized!

It was fine. They helped me with my lower level. They gave me a lot of tips about keeping/giving away/organizing. I ended up buying a package. She booked me for all these appointments far in advance and I thought she'd call me with a reminder -- she didn't. Unfortunately I wasn't feeling good, and I broke the appointment; she charged me for it ($200). She also said she'd take a lot of items & sell them, but she only got $39. I kind of don't trust her now.

It went great! Very helpful, thoughtful. We were able to throw away boxes and move shelving so that I can actually walk into the room. Before I could not get to the other side of the room! She showed me how to pear down layer by layer instead of taking a small section and completely finish because the majority of what's left has not been touched. They are coming back for a third round!

But company customer service was great.

Susan Stewart is awesome. She provided direction and motivation needed to jump start my organizing projects. Her style is compassionate, yet she has a sensible and objective manner that encourages progress and accountability. For me, it seemed that she was 1 part "organizer"- 1 part "therapist" & 1 part "mentor." I was very pleased with the progress made and have high regard for her sensitive and intuitive people skills.

They worked hard and they were fantastic to work with.

Their help was invaluable and thorough. I will use them again in the future. I could not have done this without their expertise and help. They assisted me in identifying what to get rid of, what I chose to donate, and loaded my car with the donate materials.

I can't say enough nice things about this woman! She took before and after pictures to show me what we had accomplished. After the first three visits I purchased one of her package deals. She arrived exactly on time at each visit, worked the entire time and left exactly on time. Susan is a non-judgmental and steady worker. She kept me moving at a steady pace. When we got to things it was hard to part with she would say, " You can keep five of these, which ones are they?" And somehow I could do that. When I asked her why she chose this particular work, she said she felt it suited her personality. She was correct and her clients are the winners! An exceptional person!

I was so pleased with hew work that I bought a package of 30 hours for $1999 to help me get organized for an upcoming move.

She was a very hard worker. She got a lot done in 3 hours. She is very personable and nice. I wanted ideas for the rest of my house. She organized my bedroom. I was very grateful for her. I would hire her again if I could afford her. She did haul off several bags for charity. I did not have a problem with her.

Let me begin my saying that Susan is amazing! We accomplished more in 3 hours than I had done in 2 years, and she was so good at assisting in my decision making. Talk about organizing! I was so thrilled that I signed up to continue her services and just that action took the weight of the world off my shoulders. And the best thing: She is an absolutely delightful person who does not judge you and is compassionate when helping you deal with items that have an emotional impact on you. My advice? Hire her yesterday. You will not only have a much more organized life but will also have added a charming lady to your list of favorite people.

It worked out great. I found it very helpful. I liked it so much, I had her come back. I'm really glad that I did that.

It was wonderful. I love Susan. She’s very patient, non-judgmental, and has some different great ideas. She’s just superb and fantastic. I didn’t call her until the end of the deal because I got sidetracked. We had a lotaccomplished in a short amount of time. It was really good. The price was very fair.

It was good. She helped to organize a lot of my things. Her price is high, so I will probably not be using her again due to that.

Everything went well. I think half of Susan's success is her ability to figure out what you want, how you live, and what you will need in order to get and stay organized.

We went down to the basement and she got to work going through things and sorting them into different sections. That took most of the time, She is very thorough and knowledgable and friendly!!

Susan was on time, she took time to discuss my goals for they day prior to beginning to be sure we met them. She then took the lead to literally climb ladder to get items off shelves very difficult to reach. She encouraged getting pick-up delivery scheduled for rubbage items and hazardous waste items. Even though we finished our goal early, she then honored her time paid for to help bring items up from the basement that could also be picked up by scheduled rubbage pick-up. I was very happy with her services. Would definitely recommend her, and will most likely request her services, and/or recommend her to others.

Everything was great! Better than I expected and I expect a lot. She didn't stop. Susan talk as she goes, finding out what I want to do, how I'm feeling about items we are getting rid of, helping me think through why I want to keep them without pushing me to get rid of them. Some things she suggested I wait, think about it first. Excellent service!!

We completely revamped my kitchen...got rid of things I did not need.

It went very well and my husband and I are very pleased, especially with the kitchen. On the days when I got stuck, Susan could see a solution or make a suggestion to keep us going and get things done.

I accomplished more in three hours with her than I could have accomplished in 3 months on my own! I have more organization to do in my house. I will do the pre-sorting, then call Perfectly Placed to get in done.
