From start to finish, this company is all about great customer service. The owner, Bill Prewitt, came to my home and gave excellent advice as to the type of flooring that was best for the area of my home where it was being installed. He then met me at the store to help me as I selected the color and type of carpet and made sure I was satisfied with my selection before he placed the order. He kept me updated on the status of my order and arrived promptly when he said he would for installation. But what impressed me the most was the installation process and his attention to every small detail to make sure it looked perfect. He was extremely neat and clean and didn't even take a break for lunch. My carpet and Pergo flooring are absolutely gorgeous and I cannot see a single seam. If I ever need carpeting or flooring again this is the company I will definitely call.
