Greg was great! Showed up the same day I called him, right at the beginning of the summer. I was afraid there was a problem with my A/C coils, and they'd have to be replaced ($1000 job), but I just needed more coolant and a cleaning. In other words, Greg could easily have upsold me on a much bigger job, but did the right thing and fixed what was broken. Great, great service, will call Greg for any problem I have in the future.

In my old house there were some challenges for Greg to work around to get to the old coil to remove it. He gave me an estimate of time & the charges on the previous visit approximately a week prior. True to his word, the timing and charges were exactly as expected. This is the 3rd heating & cooling company I have used over the years, and I have been very happy with everything that Greg has done in my house (fixed my furnace in May 2015, rewired my thermostat, set up a maintenance agreement). I will definitely use Greg's company in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

We have used Gregg Sperry three times in the past year to service our heater when it stopped firing up one spring day this year in March, then two other times for basic maintenance of the HVAC unit. We have been so pleased with Greg's professionalism, timeliness and expertise that we have now entered into a maintenance agreement with his company. For a very reasonable price he will service our HVAC system twice a year, provide a 10% discount on parts and also a discounted rate or no charge for service calls. In the 24 years we have been in our home, this is the first HVAC professional who has provided an outstanding level of service at a very fair price. Thanks Greg!

We ended up paid the full cost, but he later called us back and let told us we should have gotten an Angie's List Member discount. He later sent us a check with some money back.

I had Greg from Best Air Heating and Cooling Out to look at a furnace in a Foreclosure Home that I had bought. He was my second opinion. I had already had Anton's out and they had spent 10 minutes and told me my furnace had to be replaced. They were right. But the fact that they only spent 10 Minutes checking my system made me feel uncomfortable. So, I called Greg from Best Air Heating and Cooling. He came out and spent 2.5 Hours checking my system and then told me it had to be replaced. This gave me more confidence that I was getting an honest opinion. Well, I got my Quotes for a new Furnace. Anton's Cost For replacement of my Furnace was $2514. Greg from Best Air quoted me $1649. I had Greg come out and replace my furnace and I have to say that the feeling I received from him in the beginning of being an honest and trustworthy Businessman was completely accurate. He replaced my furnace and did an extremely professional job. He even added extras at no charge! 1) Turned the furnace around because the water heater blocked the access panel to the furnace. 2) He removed the humidifier that was hooked up to the old furnace because it no longer worked and plugged the hole at NO COST!! This is the kind of service I have been looking for!!! Greg goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure his customers are satisfied. I have FINALLY Found the Honest HVAC Contractor I was looking for!!! He is extremely Personable and makes you feel good about your decision to call him. He is also very proud of his Angie's List Rating, and is extremely concerned about maintaining his HIGH RATING!!! Gregg arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional, and did a great job. He provided me with written data on my AC including calling the manufacturer to let me know how much time remained on the AC warranty. All work was performed at an incredibly low price for the amount of time spent! I highly recommend Best Air company and will use them again.

Inspector was courteous, on time, and efficient. He answered all of my questions and made sure our furnace was ready for the winter!

I contacted this company to do the routine maintenance on my furnace. The price was excellent.. However, since the unit was less than one year old I realized it might be best (warranty wise) to have the original installer do at least the first year service call. I called the company to cancel the service call. They handled the cancellation in a manner that displayed true professionalism and class. I will call them again.

Had another great experience using Best Air. Greg was professional and repaired duct work I hadn't known was damaged. He did it quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend this company.

Greg was flexible in scheduling the appointment and arrived promptly as scheduled. After the thorough AC tune-up, Greg commented on an odd-looking DIY addition to the furnace installed by the previous home owner (I believe this is referred to a squirrel cage). I have had other service providers to my house in the past - they all commented on the DIY squirrel cage but offered no suggestions. Greg went out of his way and took extra time to inspect the cage, figure out how it is supposed to function, and gave me some great tips on how to use it properly going forward. Very much appreciated. I've had several other popular HVAC companies to my house in the past, but none of them provided the level of service Greg provided. I highly recommend Best Air Heating & Cooling!

Greg and the Best Air team were outstanding. They showed me exactly what needed to be done and why. My units were around 35% efficient and they showed me several options that would improve efficiency and the noise (our old units were very loud). They installed in one day and had to work some magic as they had very little space to move and work while installing. Very courteous and very professional. A+

He said everything was in good shape, just recently our air conditioner fan was not running,He came out and had to replace the fan motor and capacitor cost us almost 500.00 in which I thought they should have given us a better price due to the maintenance check on it.

It was okay. He suggested that I get a new furnace installed as well as other options but I did not. I had my home warranty company come and clean the furnace. He was nice and professional.
