Terrific! I called Greg this morning to report that our A/C wasn’t working. He said he would squeeze me in between calls this morning. As before when he came to give a 2nd opinion on our heating system, he was competent, polite, and completely professional. He did the work quickly and was gone within 30 minutes. What Greg didn’t do was pressure me to buy a new A/C unit, which my former HVAC company does. I am so happy to have such a trustworthy company for HVAC maintenance. Love that 15% senior discount, too!

Once again, Greg did great work. He did so much more than I expected for this installation. He corrected several problems with the previous installation, never making any snide remarks about the previous installer’s work. He worked steadily for 3-3/4 hours, and when he showed me the completed job, I could see he had done meticulous work. I am very glad to have found such a good company.

Greg was great—very professional and competent. He was very careful in his review of our furnace and explained why his findings thoroughly. He gives senior discounts on services! We are switching our routine maintenance contract to him because he seems very good and, most importantly, trustworthy.

Great. We used them in the past. They've been right on time. They take care of things quickly. If there are any issues they explain it nicely. Whenever they found an issue they would actually present the part that was problematic which is always good to see and then they'd take care of it. There was a part that was faulty that they replaced. That was around $100.

Greg arrived right on time, did an excellent job. He explained what he was doing and showed me how to use the unit. The work was completed in the amount of time he told me it would take! I was so impressed, I asked him to check and clean my furnace, which he did. Greg and his service were so much better than the last few HVAC companies I had used, that I purchased a maintenance agreement and had him come back out to clean/service my air conditioning unit. I will definitely use Best Air again and be happy to refer them to family and friends.

Everything went well. This is the 2nd time that we've had Best Air out to service our heating and air. We called this time after purchasing a new house and wanted someone to inspect our furnace and air units. We called Best, spoke to the owner and was able to settle on a date the same week. Greg showed up on time and went to work. After about an hour and a half he said everything looked fine and that we should see an improvement on our bill since both the furnace and AC unit were much newer and more efficient than what we had at our old house. He emailed us a detailed copy of his report the next day. I would recommend.

We want to clarify the work performed was DEFINITELY not for replacement of the same component. In 2014 we replaced a bad capacitor and in 2016 we replaced a contactor. We value our customers and hold ourselves to a high standard of customer service, quality workmanship, and competitive pricing. We do regret we were unable to continue to provide service to your residence due to the distance you are located outside the city limits of the area we currently serve."

Greg always provides excellent work! We have our HVAC maintenance plan with Best Air and when we needed to replace the both the furnace and A/C Greg provided the best price possible. He and his crew worked on a Saturday to make sure we were didn't have to go without air conditioning any longer than needed. They arrived on time and actually completed the installation in less time then estimated. Greg even submitted the rebate form to Ameren for us! We have recommended Best Air to our neighbors without hesitation.
