Description of Work: Gary from Best Air was very attentive and called me shortly after my order to schedule the service appointment. After I described to Gary that one of our two A/C units is installed on our roof, he indicated that he may not be able to service it because he didn't have a long ladder. He ended up being right. I was very happy with the service that was performed on one of our two A/C units, and Gary was very cooperative in offering to refund me for the cost of the second A/C unit that he could not access.

Description of Work: I shopped Angie's list and purchased a special deal for furnace inspection & cleaning for $39. The owner was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He spent one hour looking over the furnace and cleaning it, unlike in the past, where they rush in and rush out in a matter of a few minutes. I definitely recomment this company and would contact them again!

Description of Work: Purchased a cleaning but our furnace stopped running & it became an emergency. They ended up coming out the same day, I called though it was already late in the day & fixed the furnace & saved us from freezing as it was very cold. Then he also did the cleaning. Awesome service!
