Description of Work: they cleaned the furnace out and it works well now... It doesn't look well when you rate with all A's but they deserved it. I had already determined what the cause was and he assured me that it was none of the things that I thought, this left the door open for him to do and charge what ever. Very honest....

Description of Work: A $29 tune up quickly went to almost $200 as cleaning was not included...I did not realize that when I bought the service...and something was going bad plus he added freon. He did a good job on repairs just wasn't expecting that.
