I am moving to a new town, new home, and tried Angie's list for the first time. Needless to say, I was nervous not knowing who I would get for the service. Best Air and Cleaning is truly the best. He was on time, friendly, trustworthy, and very professional! He answered all my questions about the unit and offered some suggestions. The tubing needed to be replaced and he did this free of charge. The unit he inspected is old, but he did not try to get me to replace it or have additional work done. The pointers were to help me maintain and keep the unit running! He gave me a couple papers with specials from his company, just in case I would need them, but not pushy at all! He is guaranteed my business!

Greg Sperry, owner made the service call. He was right on time, and explained everything he was going to inspect. He was personable and courteous and wanted to make sure my A/C would work correctly. He answered some questions I had about my A/C and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. My A/C and heating system is 25 years old and no doubt I will need his service in the near future. I would diffently refer Best Air Heating & Cooling to family, friends or neighbor's. Thanks you

The service provider arrived promptly, was courteous and professional. Checked and thoroughly cleaned our heat pump. We have a small business and found that this company also does commercial units. Will definitely give them a try in the future when service is needed.

Greg came last fall to check and maintain our furnace in preparation for the winter. When I commented that our daughter had frequent nose bleeds due to the dry winter air he suggested a humidifier on the furnace might help. He ended up installing a nice humidifier for a very reasonable price and all work was done in a professional and tidy manner. Our house couldn't have been more comfortable over the winter and not one nose bleed! We were so happy with his work we called him this spring to check and maintain the air conditioner. Once again Greg was prompt, courteous and very professional. He cleaned the compressor and added freon as we were a little low. Everything was cleaned up impeccably. I would highly recommend Best Air.

I have used Greg in the past and he came out the same day that I called and diagnosed the issue. He noticed it was a blower motor issue and went and got the new part and replaced the motor later that day.

After buying our home there was a gas leak that needed to be addressed promptly and we hired this company to fix it for us. We were very pleased with their punctuality, work and professionalism. We were relieved to have the matter resolved in a timely manner. The following summer we had the unfortunate experience of having our home struck by lightning! I didn't have to think twice about rehiring this company to come and replace our heating and cooling units. We did however call around for the best price and were pleased to find that Best Air had the best price and they didn't try to upsell us, they just replaced the units we already had which is all we needed. They were also the soonest available appointment and they installed both units in just one day! Good news for us as it was mid summer and hot!
