Owner/operator came out and checked out the furnace. He was professional and didn't mind me standing by watching and asking questions. Cleaned as he went and didn't find any problems. Did a thorough job.

It was great. Arrived on time and provided clear explanations of what was completed. I was having some issues with the thermostat and he reprogrammed it and now no more issues. System was having some issues kicking to higher gear after running a while but he fixed that as well and it is now working like new after this service. There were no additional charges for these services. I highly recommend and will use or recommend this company again if the opportunity exists. .

Things went well for the inspection & cleaning. He found a crack on the combustion blower assembly, removed the part, showed me the crack and explained the situation in full detail. I'm not familiar with HVAC systems so I have to be able to trust the technicians word. I did some on-line research and learned that the part was fairly priced, labor was fair and the crack would indeed allow carbon monoxide to leak from the furnace. Glad I took a chance with this company, he did a great job. Overall, I paid 389.00 for the combustion blower assembly, 9.00 for a filter and picked up the 22 point inspection on Angies List for 39.00. Before the technician left my home, he handed me a nice selection of coupons to use in the future and offered a yearly tune-up service agreement for heating/cooling for 149.00. That is a great price compared to other service contracts I've purchased. Wow!

Very well. He was very professional and seemed to be thorough. I asked his opinion of various types of filters so I'd make sure I purchased the correct type in the future. He gave me his opinion and showed me a picture on his smart phone of the type I should look for.

We left him alone in the basement with furnace so that he could do what he needed to to fulfill the contract. I feel that he did much more than last person(s) who checked furnace. *ie checked humidifier

I purchased the Big Deal for this inspection and cleaning for $39. Best Air contacted me via email same day. I responded and set up the appointment. On day of appointment, Greg called from the road to let me know he would be arriving in 10 min and was on time. He cleaned and checked the furnace. The filter I have is a reusable and needed to be hosed down. Because it has to be dry before reinstalling, Greg installed one of his own filters at no charge while mine was drying. Greg was very friendly and courteous and cleaned up the area when finished. He also offered a good deal for a whole house humidifier which Is something I will do with his company. I also intend to continue using Best Air Heating Cooling for all future heating and cooling needs. Very satisfied!

They found a minor problem, we had them correct it, and they did a great job for us.

I purchased the $39 inspection and cleaning because I already knew I needed some stuff. Greg was awesome and professional. Replaced two capacitors and a sensor, plus did a great job on cleaning and getting me up-to-snuff for the winter. I look forward to working with Greg in the future. Price was fair and I recommend Best Air!

We used this contractor for a 22 point inspection DEAL. In the process Greg, the owner, found cracks in the manifold of our 30 year old furnace. This was on a Tuesday. Greg was able to schedule the installation of the new hardware that Saturday. This was great because cold weather was coming that weekend. Greg showed up right on time at 8 am and started the furnace tear out immediately. His helper showed up right after Greg and started on the A/C. Every thing was installed and tested by 8 pm. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. On Thursday the city inspector said the system needed a 45 amp CB instead of the 60 amp that was in the panel. Greg was at our house immediately to replace the CB. The Final inspection was completed the next day. I would recommend this company to anybody.

The service went great and now that the furnace has been running for a couple of weeks off and on, it's purring like a kitten.

Greg arrived exactly when he said he would. He did not give me a 2 or 4 hour window of time. Everything was performed thoroughly. I have had other companies service my 3 HVAC units 2x a year and they are in and out of my home much too quickly. Greg was very thorough and did not rush through. Quality work, trustworthy, personable, strong work ethic. Greg has serviced my HVACs for over 15 years when he worked for another where he was trained by an expert. It is wonderful that he started his own company and I cannot recommend Greg more highly. I recommend an annual service policy for spring and fall servicing which includes discounts for materials and emergency service.

Did a great job. Gave me a quote for an air filter unit. The last one she had was an Aprilaire model 4200. But whatever kind you install would be fine . Call you when we are ready to install.

I bought the big deal for him to come and clean the system (so our home warranty would be in effect on the equipment). I called and left a message and he called back within the hour and we scheduled for the following business day. He cleaned the unit and inspected the equipment. He found an elecrical issue where there was arcing that was taking place and also we were low on freon. He made the repairs at a nominal cost. He was prompt, professional, and knew his stuff. He was even able to show me how our crazy vent system works. Ahhhhh.....the cold air is heaven in this hot weather. I would highly recommend him and will be doing business with him again in the future.

It went just fine. They sent one tech, and he was at the home for 2 hours. We got a quick response from the company after we purchased the deal. We were very satisfied. They were excellent!

Greg was very professional and informative with the A/C tune up. He saw that we needed a new contact block as well due to arcing and replaced it for an additional ~$70, worth it to ensure we have proper connection and functionality of the system. I will definitely use Best Air again in the future!

He arrived on time and was very polite and nice. Everything went fine . He said I needed some Freon so I purchased that which cost me 49.50. I paid 39.00 for the cleaning coupon. So for 88.95 I am satisfied. I will definitely use this service again.
