Very positive experience. Technician arrived when he said he would. He sat down with me when he finished and explained everything he did. Price was reasonable.

Howard contacted us immediately with quotes and followed up repeatedly while we gathered several other quotes. In the end, we went with Four Seasons because of Howard. The guys showed up when they said would, were curteous and clean and quick. The units outperform what we ever imagined. It is so nice to be able to control what we want cooled versus a central air system. This just makes more sense for us. I would definitely use these folks again. They are awesome!

Right from the start, the company was extremely responsive to my inquiries and came to the house at our convenience to look at our job. They explained various options and sent us estimates promptly and then acted quickly once we decided to go ahead. This was part of a complete kitchen remodel (not done by them) and Four Seasons worked directly with our contractor regarding the timing of the installation. They also coordinated the timing of the final inspection with the City Inspector thus saving us that task. All three of the people we worked with at Four Seasons were very pleasant on the phone and in person. The work was done promptly and precisely. We haven't had to use the units yet, but they worked wonderfully on the trial run. We did not shop around for prices so I can't really comment on the price, but it seemed reasonable to us.

After calling about an estimate, they looked at our system and gave a quote on the repair price. I asked them that day if they could complete the repair by the end of the week and they were able to accommodate us.

On the night 6/28/2011 we noticed a strange whining noise when the fan in the furnace would run. I called Four Seasons the next morning and they were able to have someone out to look at it later that afternoon. It was discovered that the bearing on the fan were wearing out. The replacement part was ordered by Four Seasons that day and they received it Friday afternoon (7/1). With the holiday weekend they were not able to have someone to come out to install it until Tuesday the 5th. The repair guy showed up on time and quickly and courteously replace the part. All in all this was a very good experience.

The work turned out very well. I?m a satisfied customer, but they need to spend a little more time with their clients near the end of a project. We had to request some furnace training from them multiple times.

I think their prices are reasonable and competent. They are very professional and personable.

Overall the project went very well - we worked closely with Howard Anderson, the owner, who was very professional, knowledgable, responsive and punctual throughout the project. Four Seasons offered competitive pricing, extensive experience and knowledge, and customized options to improve the air quality, circulation and consistency of temperature throughout our home. We are also very pleased and impressed with the Lennox product - the modulating furnace has resulted in 20-30% lower fuel bills this winter (compared to the same month the last 2 winters we've lived in this house), and with the variable speed fan we are now comfortable in rooms farthest from the furnace that used to be too cold to spend time in without a stand-alone space heater (which were no longer necessary after the installation of the new furnace). While the overall project went very well, there were a few small issues that required Four Seasons to return to address following the installation, and is the only reason the Quality Rating above is less than an 'A' . Four Seasons was quick to address these issues as soon as I called, and the quality of the follow-up service was good.

I was very pleased with the result. I interviewed three firms and this one was head and shoulders above the others.

I spoke to Ken at length about two conflicting bits of advice I'd gotten from two separate heating contractors. He was generous with his time over the phone, even though he had never met me in person, and gave me good advice on how to approach my issue. I had already determined to do business with one of the companies, and he knew that but, he was kind enough to spend that time with me anyway.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. Four Seasons was one of four companies we had to our home to request quotes and Howard was by far the most thorough of the quotes. He spent well over an hour at our home discussing how the install would be performed (including discussion about how existing exhaust would be impacted, how they'd need to install new exhaust/intake lines for the high efficiency furnace). After Howard left, I felt like I totally understood everything that their price quote would include, down to the installation details. Other estimators didn't provide near the amount of detail, which worried me slightly because I didn't want any surprises with the installation. We spent about a month deciding if we wanted to go ahead and pursue completing the work, mainly because it was approaching the end of summer. Throughout this time, we didn't receive any pressure from Four Seasons, which was pleasant. When we ended up deciding to go with Four Seasons, we were quickly added to their schedule and the work was scheduled to be completed within a week. Two installers (and two electricians) completed the install in one day, and did a very nice job. They kept everything very clean and did a good job showing me all pieces of the system upon completion.

Terrible. I should have known when I made the appointment that their whole focus was on selling me a new furnace. When I called, the receptionist asked how old the furnace was. When I said 35 years, she immediately transferred me to a salesman who tried to sell me a new one. When the technician arrived, he did not have a wire brush (to clean the burners) or a vacuum to clean up the area. He removed the filter but put it right back in without checking if it was dirty. I asked him to oil the motor. He loosened the motor and then put his hand behind it where I could not see what he was doing. My analysis now is that he was trying to do damage to the blower vanes. When I pointed out the oil fill cap was viewable on the other side of the motor, he quit after a few minutes. When he turned the burners back on, one of them had a flame below it. When he turned the furnace off and on, another burner had the same thing. I suspect that was due to the covers being off. He said he had to check with the "expert". He went to his truck, called someone and then returned to tell me my furnace chamber was cracked. They even went to the expense of sending me a registered letter with the bill saying my furnace needs to be replaced and should not be used. That is a lie!

They are friendly. They are not expensive. They are efficient. I was pleased with their work. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

Our central air conditioner was not keeping our house cool, especially during the very hot summer weather we had been having. They were out to our house to check our old A/C, gave us a quote to replace it, and finished the work within a couple days. We had used them before to replace our furnace in January, 2006 so we were familiar with them and pleased with their previous work in replacing our furnace. We knew what to expect and they did not disappoint!

Selection of the appropriate AC model(Lennox)was a well-thought out process. Communication via e-mail and phone was very efficient. The work was completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. The several workers involved were highly skilled and answered all our questions.

Our furnace was not working, so when we called, the company said the technician, Don, would be out in approx. an hour. He was on time and quickly identified the problem. The control was replaced and checked and he answered all our questions within a short time.

We are very impressed with this company! Howard (the new owner)was amazingly honest and helpful. He spent over an hour looking at our furnace and A/C equipment only to recommend that we wait to purchase a new system. Don (the service technician) first asked if I had any questions and was very helpful in offering simple, inexpensive ways to keep our system functioning well. This is an extraordinary company and when we need a new furnace, we will call them!

THEY ALSO HARD-WIRED 2 SMOKE DETECTORS AS REQUIRED BY CITY ORDINANCE WHEN HAVING A PERMIT FOR WORK INSIDE HOUSE FOR MORE THAN $1,000. OFFICE TOOK CARE OF REBATES, PERMIT & CITY INSPECTION. VERY THOROUGH WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR WORK.
