From estimate to completion, Snelling performs! On time, on price, neat as a pin and helpful in every aspect. Would use them again. Very, very professional. The only thing I would change is that we weren't told about needing to schedule the inspectors from the city to come. Small oversight.

The service person showed up within 30 minutes of our service call. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it within 20 minutes. He was very professional and personable. We'll definitely do business with this company again.

They are absolutely perfect. They keep checking back with you continuously. They are nice. They all know their jobs well. They did the work in six hours; I didn’t have any problems at all. I would use them in the future.

The serviceman was on-time for his appointment and was very efficient and courteous. He quickly performed the necessary checks on our A/C, cleaned the outdoor fan unit and took time to explain how the unit was performing (well) and to answer any questions that we had.

I called Snelling at about 11am, they were able to fit me into their schedule for the same day. They were also able to work around my work schedule and other obligations so that it fit into my day without too much disruption. The repair guy showed up, on time, and was very friendly, professional, and gained my trust immediately. He knew what the issue was immediately, and had the necessary parts in his truck so that it could be repaired. He also cleaned up after himself and explained everything to me. Job Well Done!!!

The on-call technician told me what to try without sending someone out and charging me to press a button.

Sales representative John was prompt, polite, and non-pushy. He reviewed all my options and was very good about answering all my questions. He made recommendations based on what I valued, and scheduled a date for installation around my schedule -- even though the installers were very busy with end of the year installations. He made sure that I received all of the rebates available. He also deducted the cost of a previous service call that happened a few days prior to the sales call. Installation went very well and quickly, and installers were prompt, neat, amiable and worked steadily. They did a great job and I'm very happy with results and the new furnace. I'd use them again when installing air conditioning.

After arriving home to a cold house, I quickly realized that my furnace wasn't working. After some failed attempts to fix the problem, I called Snelling. I called at 7pm and a technician was out to my house within 15 minutes. The ignitor was replaced and the heat was working again by 7:30pm. Great service!

Great - set an appt for a few days after we called a few companies to compare prices. The guy came in a timely fashion, was very professional, friendly & helpful. The people on the phone were courteous and helpful. The unit is working great. Company was a pleasure to deal with and the price was more than reasonable.

Mike showed up on time to look at my Furnace/Boiler hot water system, which wasn't putting out enough heat to keep the house above 53 degrees. He quickly diagnosed the issue and began to bleed the system, at which point we quickly discovered a bad water pump that needed replacing. A $400 job, above and beyond the $97 service call charge. Fortunately I had a warrantee extending from the puchase agreement on my house. The warrantee company typically uses their own preferred service providers, so I was told I would be charged anything above what their own professionals would charge. The difference between their preferred specialists and Snelling's charge only cost me $2. The replacement was completed quickly and professionally and Mike was very personable and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about how my heating system works.

It went well. The technician seemed young and the job took a while but it seems to have been done correctly and is in working order. The price was among the lowest I received (I got around 5 bids) and they were able to do it within a few days of when I called, despite it being the busy season. The price even included the technician checking out my boiler and cleaning it out. I am happy with the service and do not feel that I got a "lowest bidder" treatment. I have used them since.

I called and explained what was happening, and they were able to schedule something just a few days out (in fact, for the day before Thanksgiving). When the technician arrived, I explained the issue. He verified that the thermostat was working correctly, and then looked at our furnace. He quickly determined that a relay switch was not working properly and replaced it. He fixed the problem in under an hour, and then tested to make sure he had in fact found and corrected the problem. I'm very satisfied: the technician was professional, explained what the problem was, and did his work quickly.

When scheduling the appointment, I was told the tech would arrive between noon and 4:00 and I would receive a call beforehand. I got the call from Snelling's office at 2:00 and he (Mike Devaney) arrived at 2:15. I wanted to learn what work is performed when doing a furnace inspection, and he was very patient about explaining the process and answering my questions. Very nice guy, did a thorough job. Would highly recommend him.

Our furnace went out this cold Saturday morning. One call to Snelling and we had a service person (Chad) out within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem, returned to his shop to get a part and had it repaired within 2 hours. Awesome. Very polite. Very professional. My bill included a 10% Angie's List discount.

Price includes 10% discount coupon from Angie's List. Quoted price was $139. This was an excellent experience. The technician knew what he was doing with a furnace that is over 70 years old. We've had companies that couldn't handle the old equipment and tried to force us to replace a furnace that is in good working order. I finally found a company that I can trust to handle the job and will use them again.

My furnace was out on a very snowy day and I called Snelling Co, talked to Jake and he diagnosed the problem on the phone, told me what to do and it was fixed! That easy, no charge, no wait. I will use this company again for sure!

When I called Snelling to make an appointment, the phone was answered promptly and I was able to obtain a time for a service call within the week. On the day of the appointment, the receptionist called between 10-12, the time agreed upon, to let me know that the serviceman was on his way. He got to work immediately and completed his job within 30 minutes. I was very comfortable with his professionalism and seeming level of expertise.

They were very responsive. They picked up the phone on the first ring, set up an appointment for us for the following day. When we called that day and asked to move the time, they were happy to oblige. They came out promptly, were professional, the appointment lasted only 15 minutes, and I was satisfied with both the work and the price.

We called Snelling Heating and Air for a 2nd opinion. We had a highly rated company install a new Central Air Conditioner in our one level town home. We than had humidity levels between 70-80%. The installing company downsized the AC so it would run longer, and this did not solve the problem. By the time I called Snelling the installing company had been out several times and we were all perplexed. When Mike from Snelling came he turned up the fan to high. This had been tried before. He checked everything and everything was correct. Then he happened to walk up to the AC outside to remove his gauges and the compressor shut down but the fan kept running. Because he had seen this before, he knew the wire from the Excel box was faulty and shutting down the compressor. He disconnected the wire. END OF PROBLEM. (Now humidity is at 50-60%) Problem resolved because this Technician had similiar experiences and happen to walk up to the AC when it was shutting down when it was suppose to be running.

Well done. They were here on time, and were quick to get the work done.

First scheduled was the duct cleaning. The guy who showed up for this job was very friendly, showed up on time and got the job done ahead of schedule. If that would have been the end of it, I would have rated them an A. The actual AC installation was stopped half way through because of miscommunications. The estimator ended up coming back out and wanting an additional $1,000 for additional work claiming we would not pass inspection without it. I was very unhappy that the estimator managed to miss $1,000 worth of work when he had spent over 2 hours at our house when he quoted the work. I talked with the sales manager on the next business day. He was very responsive and we were able to come to a resolution and the original quoted work was completed for the quoted price. The system passed inspection.

This appointment went really well. Very satisfied with the price and service received. I'm planning on using Snelling next time, which will probably be for a full furnace replacement as ours is 16 years old.

Snelling sold us a new furnace. When they came out for an estimate the rep was on time and very courteous. More than that he throughly explained each step of the service that they would provide and why it was important. He told me up front that he would probably be priced slightly more than other offers, but that is was because of the high quality service and technicians that they use. They were the only ones that suggested, what I believed to be the most logical pipe routing for my furnace exhaust. When the service techs came they were very polite and presentable. They put down drop cloths everywhere and none of our floors were soiled. They cleaned up every thing. I watched some of the installation and they politely answered all my installation questions. They completed the service quicker than they had promised. After the installation the sales rep called back to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. The bottom line is that they sold me that they would do an expert job for a correctly installed furnace installation. That is exactly what I received. Even the city inspector said they did a quality job and they had no do overs. I would highly recommend Snelling if you are interested in a fair value for high quality equipment and high quality accurate service.
