We hired them to replace some wooden ballusters with iron. They were great to work with, very flexible on things and kept us informed along the way. Products they used were better than others that bid on the project. We would recommend them to others and use them again for future projects.

Wow! From the very beginning, they have been extremely professional, and went above and beyond! They got us in quickly. Did an amazing job and communicated about everything. They sent constant pictures of where they were at with preparing the railings. Even after the job was done, I asked about having something else taken care of, and they came out and took care of it, as soon as I could. Diamond cut was an amazing business to work with. While working with many contractors on fixing up our house diamond Cut was by far the best contractors we hired. They truly love what they do and it shows in every interaction with them. They had amazing communication with us as a customer is so incredibly important. They communicated the schedule for booking up on receiving the initial quote. And each day on the job site comminuted their estimated start time and were always on time. When there was a weather delay they communicated their plan to accommodate. The product itself we are so happy with. Beautiful structure and clean design that fit our taste. They went above and beyond to make sure our outdoor railings were exactly what we envisioned. Not the cheapest service but worth every penny for the craftsmanship and customer service, 10/10! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for outdoor railings or cement work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any future projects.

I am someone who likes to go with contractors that have been referred by someone I know. I had to trust Diamond Cut Solutions, because I didnâ t know any railing companies. Going with them was a great decision. They did what they said they were going to do. They did it when they said they were going to do it. And they did it for the price they said it would cost. Each time I had a question, they gave me helpful answers quickly. And while they were doing the job, it was clear that they wanted the work to look as good as I wanted it to look. They even dealt with challenges from rain. They built a new railing and refurbished an old one for us, and both look wonderful. I couldnâ t be happier with the decision to choose Ed and Alex. My thanks to them for their work on this project. What a relief it is to have our new railings in place for a price that saved us hundreds of dollars when compared to comparable estimates.
