I read the reviews of several other sites and felt compelled to go to Psinergy Tech Warrior. I am so glad I did--I stopped by with my computer, Andre came out to meet me and discuss my computer issues--of which I was clueless. He got right on it and reassured me of each step he would be taking to make things right--and he did. Not only was the service very good, but it truly it was how I was treated, the environment was great. It made the whole tech experience so much more manageble. I felt myself simply getting calmer and knew I could trust that all would work out. Andre got the job done--he knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to go back again and have also told friends about my experience. Thank you Andre!

my computer still had problems but I think they were related to the Microsoft Updates and once the updates were installed, the computer would work fine.

First, I would give Psinergy an A plus if I could. As a consultant, everything I need was on my computer. They KNOW what they are doing and they know HOW to do it. A computer failure is much more than a technology issue and they get that. Although my drive was beyond fixing, I appreciated the professional, high quality, supportive environment. They quickly evaluated my situation and got back to me. I truly believe that you cannot go wrong with Psinergy!

Service was timely, professional and friendly

We brought it in for a tune up and it is nearly as fast as my new work laptop. Can't say enough good things about Psinergy. Great company! Great service! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! There was one issue in that the optical drive didn't work and when I finally got around to inquiring about that I got a quick response and was told that it was most likely a loose power cord. And that was the case -- I was able to fix it myself. Again great experience great place!

A few days after dropping my laptop off, I was able to pick it up and it works much better now than before I had problems with it. Andre explained the work he had done and also added some tools that will help me clean up unnecessary files, adware, etc. to avoid corrupting the system again. He also recommended good security software to replace what I had been using. I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable that Andre is.

Andre cleaned out the virus for me, and, as in the past, he was great to work with. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who is having computer issues. His knowledge is unsurpassable.

The technician was very friendly and competent. We chatted for extended periods during the work. He worked to find a replacement motherboard which was also an upgrade and installed everything. It took a couple of weeks, which seemed like forever to not have my laptop, but it worked. HOWEVER - a week after I left the laptop, the technician messaged me to ask if I had left my power cord with them. I had, and the contract they filled out with the service order also indicated that the cord was left with them. So they purchased a new cord for me. But the new cord gives me an error message and only *occasionally* charged my laptop. I had to bring it in to the shop two additional times, for an hour each, to demonstrate the cord was not functioning. The second time Andrew could replicate the problem and said he would talk to Dell to replace the malfunctioning laptop power cord. I messaged him a handful of times over the course of 9 months and never received another response. I found out I was pregnant while my computer was being worked on, and by the time I had the baby, I still did not have a functioning power cord. So eventually I dropped the $49.99 and purchased a new one on my own. It was the wrong wattage (45W and my original cord was a 65W). Anyway, I am still sore about my communications being ignored when this issue was never my fault - they lost my cord, replaced it with the wrong cord, then ignored my communications after saying he would replace it. :-(

My computer wasn't booting, turned out to be some corrupted WIndows 10 files. Andrae was GREAT. Not only got the computer running again but tweaked other components of the computer to get it running at top performance. I'm not very computer savvy and Andrae answered my questions and made recommendations for me to best utilize the computer for my needs. Should I have any future computer problems... Before anything else, he made sure we had backed up all my valuable documents and certain programs I wanted to keep so they could be installed on new computer. Spent over 3 hrs working to make sure everything was o.k. I kept my old monitor and old HP printer which he hooked up & tested to see that it worked. Did a lot of updating and then took out hard drive from old computer and left that with me but was nice enough to take with him the old cabinet shell with him so I didn't have to recycle it myself. I thought that surely he was going to charge me extra for all the time spent working but he DID NOT. Stuck to the original price quoted to me which I thought was a darn good bargain. Very courteous and polite and patiently answered every question that I had on a long list. I also I wanted a download of new 2016 MS Word program which I was going to purchase but was afraid of doing it myself because I've had hang-ups in the past so he helped me with all the details for getting it. You might want to verify if he takes personal checks.

Andre' was very down to earth and professional and I felt completely comfortable leaving my son's laptop in his care. He was efficient and fast and did the job the same day. His prices are totally fair too. I will definitely pass the word to all of my friends to do business with Andre'.

Once again, Andre did a terrific job at a very fair price! He worked to transfer the info contained on the failed computer's disk drive to the Psinergy secure server, then provided the choice of having the recovered information transferred to a flash drive, an external hard drive, or the new laptop. The new laptop was the chosen destination, as the beauty of this option was the data was formatted and presented exactly as on the older "dead" computer. A small piece of software was needed to make this happen and it was loaded at no charge. The transfer process was accomplished quickly, but the "wait time" also allowed a few minutes to speak with Andre and solicit his "free" advice on a few other PC issues. No charge for Andre's incite! Bottom-line...Psinergy is and will continue to be our exclusive choice when looking for PC service!

We decided not to repair the laptop, due to its age & cost of repair. We never felt any pressure to repair the laptop from him. It was like dealing with a friend. I highly recommend Andre & Psinergy TechWarriors and will contact him again if we have any other computer issues.

Andre went through my computer with me. Showed me the error issues, determined the cause(s), cleaned it all up and offered suggestions regarding anti-virus/ad blockers/etc.

I recommend Psinergy Tech Warriers highly, I wish I would have immediately engaged them versus spending massive amounts of time trying to do it myself. I also liked taking it to a real business versus hiring a remote service or a big provider like Geek Squad. Andre clearly spent tons more time on the project versus what would have happened with remote or big retail service. The price was still $99 even though it ended up taking more work than anticipated. Great experience.

They advised me that my computer was too old and wasn't able to fix it and I was credited Big Deal amount. He was on time and very professional.

I have an older Dell Tower PC running Windows 7. The C drive was getting too full and the system was running much slower than normal. I went to Psinergy because of the the great reviews on Angie's list, their proximity to my home and their ability to work on my PC immediately. I brought my PC to their shop and requested their expertise to first determine if the PC had any hardware issues (time to look for a new PC) and if not, clean up the C drive and do a general clean/repair on the PC. Andre was great to work with. When I dropped off the PC, we had a good conversation about the issues and what he can do to address them. He had a number of suggestions for replacing some programs, and moving data from one drive to another that would resolve the C drive capacity issue. However, his first check was to determine if the PC had any hardware issues which it did not. When I picked up the PC, he showed me what he had done. The C drive had plenty of space and the applications seemed to work well. After I got it home, however, I found that Outlook, Quicken and my backup software continued to run very slow, but other apps like MS Office and Explorer ran great. So I brought the PC back to Andre and he continued to work to determine the response time issue. He discovered one corrupt Windows file that was causing the response time issues and he fixed that. I picked up the PC and things are working great again! I will go back to Psinergy TechWarrior if I have issues or questions with my PCs (Windows and Mac).

.It would have all been accomplished in one visit but we had to go out and purchase the extender.He actually looked up the model range extender and told us it was in stock at the two closest electronics stores for us!

Andre quickly figured out that my Toshiba laptop was not getting power because the cable was broken. He informed me which power supply I needed and good source for the part. He did not even want to charge me for his service because he thought it was a minor issue but I insisted on paying something so he let me pay the basic service charge. I really value his skill and having a good computer repair business in my area as I am self employed and extremely dependent on my laptop and computers to run my business.

Andre worked with me to transfer only the software and files I wanted moved. He explained some new features of Windows 8 and enabled me to use the Windows 7 "Look and Feel" when I prefer. He worked over the 3 hour scheduled time but went with the flat rate he had quoted.
