Description of Work: WE RENTED EQUIPMENT AND PURCHASED SUPPLIES FROM PETE'S HARDWOOD. THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR US. THEY TRAINED US RIGHT IN THEIR STORE FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES THE DAY WE PICKED UP THE EQUIPMENT. GIVEN THAT WE ONLY HAD ONE ROOM OF ABOUT 100 SQ. FEET TO DO IT WAS A HUGE COST SAVINGS AND IT LOOKS GREAT. IT WAS A WEEK LONG PROJECT THOUGH, FROM START TO FINISH, AND WE DIDN'T REALIZE THAT WHEN WE STARTED.

Description of Work: TALKED TO SOMEBODY THERE ABOUT GETTING A QUOTE FOR SOME HARDWOOD FLOOR SANDING & REFINISHING. I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK TO SET UP A TIME, BUT I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: CALLED THE COMPANY FOR A BID TO REFINISH FLOORS. I SPOKE TO SOMEONE AND THEY PROMISED THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. I WAITED A WEEK AND PHONED BACK, LEAVING A MESSAGE ASKING FOR A BID (THE COMPANY''S PHONE MESSAGE SAID THEY WERE ACCEPTING NEW WORK). NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALLS.
