Pat Freeman (owner) was very nice to deal with and his installers were very professional & neat.

Our initial meeting went well. Pat told us he would get us drawings and estimates that week. We didn't hear from him for nearly a month. He finally emailed me drawings that were nothing like what I had asked for. He had even mentioned in his email that he hoped he wasn't too late get me the drawings. I emailed him back asking for some changes to the drawings and we never heard from him again. We had basically handed him our business and said we wanted to go with him. I'm not sure why he wouldn't want the business.

They were impressionable and easy to talk to. They did a very good job and their price was good.

They never got a hold of me. Their quote was a little too high, so I decided not to go with them.

They did very high-class work. They have excellent customer service and did high-quality work.

Turned out beautiful. They did a good job.

Pat Freeman was great to work with. He listened to what it was we wanted for our new kitchen, and was aware of our price limit. Pat and his crew were courteous and worked efficiently. We were 100% comfortable with the entire process, and look forward to using Freeman Custom Cabinets in the future for other projects.

I have had good experiences there. If it were otherwise, I wouldn't continue working with them. They have fair prices. They do a good job of delivering on time. I have been using them for almost two years now.

In August, my husband and I were gathering estimates for a custom vanity and cabinet for our bathroom. We found Freeman's Custom Cabinets on Angie's List and decided to give him a call. Pat was able to come out to see our project the day we called him. He said it may take up to a week to get an estimate. A few days later (August 10) he emailed me drawings of what we discussed. That same day I replied and told him to go ahead and price it out. Then we heard...nothing. Until yesterday. Yesterday (December 18) I received pricing...almost five months after the estimate request and about three months after our bathroom remodel was completed. There wasn't even an acknowledgement of the fact that the prices were so late! Quite odd and shoddy professionalism.

Pat Freeman was great to work with, from start to finish. Of the four estimates we got, Pat is the only one who came out to the house to take measurements and understanding what we were looking to add. Not only did his price come in at the lowest, but we got to know Pat which made us much more comfortable about our decision to use his services. It took about two weeks to build and then six hours to do the installation. The two guys who installed the built-ins were great – they were efficient and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. Once the install was complete, we decided to add three additional pull out shelves for our CD’s and DVDs. Pat came out a week later and installed them within a half an hour. We love the new cabinets – they have really opened up our living room and made it much brighter.

Freeman Custom Cabinets custom built and installed our main floor family room custom built-ins. Their work is outstanding. We had Pat come out to give us an estimate. Within 25 minutes he had measured our space and provided us with a quote. It took them 10 days to build the cabinets (and we went on vacation) so by the time we got back they were ready to install. The staff was extremely curteous and their workmanship was excellent. They built the cabinets around all of our existing electrical so the process was so easy. Our tv is mounted by a bracket into the cabinets and it pulls out and swivels. They matched our maple kitchen cabinets perfectly so the whole floor flows really well together. Additionally, they used crown molding for the mantle and top that is absolutely beautiful. We could not have asked for a better outcome. The only challenge we experienced was the crew's "start time" which was pushed back by several hours due to another job. We will definitely work with Freeman again and I have already asked Pat to look at our kitchen cabinets to install glasss into the existing cabinet doors as well as crown molding in several other areas of our home. Their work is fantastic. Thank you, Freeman.

It could not have gone better. From the initial meeting, design, changes, and installation, Patrick was very responsive and punctual. The project was completed on time and within budget. We are thrilled with the way the finished product looks, and so is anyone that visits our home.

Overall, everything went perfect. They were very helpful and prompt. I called them one day and they came-out the next day to do the estimate. They made the estimate on site. I also received an estimate from a different company that was much higher. Everything came-out beautifully. They were neat and clean and did great work.

We were replacing our counter top and our corner cabinet only had shelfs which made it hard to get to all the pans that were in the back. We looked at all our options and decided to contact Freeman's Custom Cabinets. He came out and gave us an estimate that we felt was fair. We called him a couple of days before the counter people arrived and after we took off the old countertops. The install went well and the person who installed the lazy susan was on time and very professional. We didn't get any other bids because we felt very comfortable with Freeman's. We would call him again with any cabinet projects.

I called freeman's for an estimate , & they came the same day. I had a coupon from the paper. He came & than I called him, because I wanted to look at the counter top colors again. I went to the shop & picked a different color of sink & counter top. It was about 2 weeks & it was ready & they installed it.

The overall experience was good. When it comes to cleanliness and promptness they were excellent. Their customer service was above average. I would recommend them and use.

We initially contacted Pat in the spring of 2007 for our project. He was prompt in returning a call to schedule an appointment to look at our project needs as well as on time for the appointment. He provided us with several options for moving forward and got back to us within a day or two with a detailed estimate. Our project took twists and turns and we weren't ready to move forward until the fall. We again contacted Pat to see if he would still be interested even though the project had been scaled back. He was, and our wine rack and cubby were finished within the time frame he estimated. The finished products are beautifully crafted and the finish work is incredible. The installation was flawless. Pat definitely is a high caliber craftsman and that is reflected in the quality of his work. He is also a really nice person to work with.

Pat Freeman & his custom cabinet makers saved our kitchen/mudroom/masterbath 2-story addition to our home. Pat came to the project late but in no time he had our kitchen layouts & elevations available for our approval with the help of his computer-assisted design (CAD) software. He put together the door and drawer style we were looking for on just two visits to his shop & was able to match the original crown moulding in our 1924 Elizabethan cottage w/o breaking a sweat. Pat and his helper Lucas showed up for work when they said they would, and they worked hard while they were here. They were respectful of our home and our privacy. Pat & Lucas cleaned up every day before they left, something most of the other subcontractors did not do. If something needed to be adjusted or tweaked, Pat took care of it promptly without batting an eye. Everything Pat touched turned to gold for us and he did it on time. Pat's a talented craftsman focused on quality workmanship & the customer's needs.
