It was a very positive experience and he did a thorough job and was very professional. He informed me of what he found and adjusted. I had no problems with scheduling and everything was handled via email and it was very easy.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was excellent. There were no additional charges. We used them for the first time. I have an older furnace, and the mechanic admitted that he thought he would find problems because it was an older model, but he checked and it worked perfectly. He was upfront and honest on that. I didn't have problems, it was just preventative. He came on time, he did what he said he would do, and did it efficiently, and there wasn't much clean up afterwards, but he cleaned up.

He arrived exactly on time and performed a thorough check of my central heating system. He also offered to install my replacement furnace filter (which is large and has dozens of pleats). After finishing, he went over each point of the inspection, I signed the paperwork, and he was gone. An ideal experience!

I was apprehensive because we have an older furnace, so I was sure there would be pressure to replace it, but there was not one bit. Mike even complemented its condition and actually seemed to enjoy working with our older model furnace. I will use this business again, and I will request Mike! They gave me a list of what they did and I don’t think I’ve ever had that happen before. They didn’t charge me extra fees for anything. They found an expensive part that I needed and they told me to get through my gas company to save money.

The company arrived in a van without a company name on the side with rust showing on the lower right side. Did not look professional. The worker was not prepared and had to work in the dark a with a flashlight getting his tools assemble before work could begin. Worker did not wear shoe covers and wiped his shoes on our throw rug. We have to assume that our furnace was checked out properly and that no problems were noted. He did have a slight problem with an attempt to remove a panel of the front of the furnace. Finally gave up and put the screws back in to hold it on. Not sure he had the proper tools to monitor the flames or to check the thermo coupler. When he was through he went out to the van and brought in a company sticker and put it on the furnace. He did not leave a detailed check off sheet indicating what had been checked. We would not recommend this company based on our experience.

They showed up on time. They got the work done but had to call in another employee to complete it so it took a little longer than expected.
