My experience went very well. The staff was professional and friendly while visiting. I was pleased with the outcome of their services and would recommend this company to others.

The inspector arrived on time as scheduled, explained what he had done, and let me know how often filters should be changed and which type are best to use.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They did everything that was requested. I asked them a few questions and they answered everything to my satisfaction. There were no extra charges.

They were great. They came in and they did inspection to our furnace. They did exactly what they were gonna do. They added additional 50$ to clean the water heater. They were very professional, showed up on time, and they did the work even if it's very cold outside. He handled everything really well.

The technician was actually early to appointment. (I was the first one of the morning and he had childcare close to my house.) He was very thorough.

I did not use because this company is out of MN. I am seeking a refund from Angie's List.

I purchased a couple of extra services which he did the same day. He was very knowlwdgeable & informative. He saved me money in the long run.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Provider was on time and professional. He allowed us to look in the camera to better understand what was wrong, which gave us a lot of trust in his assessment and he recommended next steps with no pressure. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and would recommend the provider to others.

A tech first came out to look at my old boiler and confirmed it was beyond being merely serviced. There was a question of whether or not there was asbestos, so a few days later Amanda and Mike came out to look at the old boiler. Luckily there was no asbestos. Mike and Amanda talked through all my replacement options, and were able to provide rough ideas of cost, time, and labor for each. They were both very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Amanda followed up with me promptly with written quotes for each of the options we had discussed, financing information, and was able to get the work scheduled very quickly once I had made a decision. The installers were hardworking and did a great job. The old boiler was a beast and had started life as a coal burner. The installers did a wonderful job cleaning up the rust/dust and trash created by the demolition. The high efficiency boiler they put in required new venting to be installed, as well as a unique installation solution so that it would drain appropriately into my higher-than-floor-level floor drain. Both look great. The entire system was done very professionally and with great skill. Amanda got all of the rebate paperwork done and taken care of quickly too. Overall it was a really great experience, with both office and workmen, and I will definitely use them again for future projects.

They checked out the furnace and tuned up the furnace.

The technician identified the problem quickly and then ran the rest of the tune up as offered by the deal. It was a Friday afternoon and I was the last call for the tech. I asked him a question about the electrical connection for a disposal I needed to have installed. He offered to wire and mount it to my sink, and nearly completed the install. There were a few screws that were too short. He had plans that evening and had to leave before completing. I think he was offering his service as complimentary and found that the job had some complications taking more time than expected. I did not expect the extra help and so I gave him a fair tip for his help. He declined to take the money, but I insisted. | |I would highly recommend this company. I think the tech that helped me was named Joe. I appreciated his work.

Everything went great. Would use this company again.

Went well, no problems with furnace, one little problem with a seal that was leaking condensation and this was repaired by technician.

Mike came out and figured out the wiring problem (?) and then also found that our circulating pump was not working and replaced it. Pretty expensive but got it working.

I'd not used this company before so wondered if they would use their 24-point inspection as a way to get in the door and "find" repairs that 'should be made" to avoid a heating emergency. Ryan of Mike's Custom Mechanical quckly elimiated any such concern. He arrived on time, was professional and clearly enjoyed putting his experience to work to maximize performance of our furnace. I looked in every ten minutes or so and, rather than viewing my presence as an interference as some technicians can, courteously described what he'd discovered in a clear and forthright manner. After cleaning was completed he used a flue gas analyizer to test CO, CO2, combustion efficiency and a number of other variables. Ryan printed results and went over them with me, showing that our 1992 furnace was now performing at or above its original specifications. It needed cleaning - not repairs. A+ for competency and integrity.

Went well for an inspection and cleaning.

Very well, but the next day we noticed the water was getting cooler so I checked and the pilot was out on the water heater. I relit it and we were fine.

Had a scheduling problem when booked through Angie's List messaging and they didn't show on the originally scheduled day. I would recommend a follow-up phone call to confirm date & time.
