Eco-Water

We were very impressed with Jesse. We initially hired him to check out our Kinetico System and weren't necessarily considering punching a new system at this time. Jesse explained what was happening to our existing water softener and everything totally made sense to us. He was not trying to sell us a new system at all, but gave us all the information as we asked many questions. He was able to install a new one at the same time. Jesse is very knowledgeable, friendly, very neat about the install. We will appreciate the yearly system check when we purchase salt. We will certainly recommend EcoWater to others in our community.

Quick response to request for service. After a discussion with Jesse Norman and research of product we decided Ecowater System was the system to install. Jesse stopped on his way home from another service call, accessed quality of old system and showed us why the system was no longer working. Sales approach was light and no pressure. Jesse's product knowledge is great. My 18 yr old water softener died and I needed another one soon. Good service and reasonable price.

Jim was very professional, very friendly,and easy to work with in terms of scheduling. He was so fast and efficient and did a fantastic job. Also carted the old softener away since I didn't have a way to get rid of it myself. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The owner, Bob, kept in touch all through the set up to meet with his installer. Jessie arrived on time, was candid about the product. I went ahead with the install. Jessie did a fine job, hauled my old salt and equipment out and left a clean work site. A family business that checks out as honest and highly recommended.
