Description of Work: I called Mike at around 8 pm as my furnace was not working. He picked up the call ancul d was at my house in next 15 min. It was really difficult to get to the sensor in Lennox system but he did a great job fixing the issues. I really appreciate all his help.

Description of Work: I called Mike at 9 pm on Sunday night and left a message. He called me right back and after confirming I was fine without heat for the night (I had stated that in my message). He said he would be here at 7 am the following morning. He showed up on time, figured out the problem, left to go get the part and came right back. By 9 am I had heat going again! Very happy!
