Description of Work: They refused our hardwood floors. The floors look good but the cleanup was lacking. The whole house was dusty from the sanding and the service people did not remove the blue tape that they used to keep from urathane from carrying onto carpet. Removing the tape after the finishing dried was very difficult.

Description of Work: When Brent showed up, he was on time and nice. He took measurements and we spoke about what I wanted. As soon as I told him that I was a DIY'er (do it yourself), it appeared he lost ALL interest in working with me. In addition, he had trouble in coming up with solutions to certain issues I was having. For example, the heating vent in the middle of the room that was going to be tiled. His estimate came to be $2000.00 higher than two other flooring contractors. The price he estimated told me he was not interested in working with me.
