They were a very prompt, polite and and quick service company. I would definitely hire them again, I hired them for dryer vent cleaning last year as I believe this is something to be done yearly.

They were prompt and charged exactly as they priced the job. They took their time and were very thorough in the process. I was pleased overall.

Mark was amazing in all evaluation categories: professionalism, sense of urgency, knowledge, trust, promptness and responsiveness. After calling nearly 20 different heating companies including the company that installed and services my Grandmother's furnace, there wasn't a single furnace technician that would make the emergency service call. Then I got a hold of Mark with Brouillette Home Service in Plymouth, MN. Mark took down my Grandmother's address and said he would head out right away. He was there within the half hour and had my Grandmother's furnace going shortly thereafter. It was simply a fuse that had gone out, but, regardless, nobody I knew could get to the home because of the snow storm. Our airport is closed, the snow plows are being pulled off the roads because of the danger, and yet, this man braved the weather and made an emergency trip to fix the furnace. He charged my Grandmother $20 for the trip - that's $200 less than the other companies charge for making an emergency service call to the home. This company is made of honesty and integrity and my Grandmother said she will definitely use his services again!

I got much more than I expected. In addition to cleaning my air ducts, they checked for dust/dirt in my furnace, water heater, gas fireplace and regular fireplace. I initially hired them for air duct cleaning but for a small additional charge I had them tuneup the furnace too while they were there. I found them very professional and helpful, answering all my questions. Overall a very good experience.

I liked that they came out right away when we asked them to. They were very nice and clean. One of the major things that I wanted to find out about was how much dirt their actually was, since I was very leary about air duct cleaning. They showed us the dirt. They showed us the dirt before they would go ahead with the cleaning. They showed us how to do things in the future to prevent it getting too bad. The price was very good. They even gave us a bit of a special. They told us a price for anything additional. It was fine. We have heard it is very, very expensive. With all of the additional things that they did, it was still only $250.00, which is incredible. They just really care about the client. If they can get to you anytime sooner than they really try to fit you in. They even tried to work around our daughter's nap.

I called Brouillette based on the positive reviews, and it was absolutely the correct decision. My dryer came with the house I purchased two years ago and the dryer is pretty old. I contacted the Brouilette as I didn't know how long it had been since the dryer vent had been cleaned. The service person was punctual, respectful and professional. Once he opened up the dryer, it was apparent the vent hadn't been cleaned out for a long time, if ever, by the previous owner. In fact, the lint was black and dried out- a likely indication of a fire in the near-term. The dryer was cleaned out, the work space was cleaned up and he took care of the grate outside that likely was the cause of the back-up of the lint. He also provided a guideline of how often I should have this done. This was an extremely positive experience!

It went great! Mark was the only bidder that listened to what I could afford to do at this time.

I have used Brouilette for annual service for furnace, A/C, water heater, refrigerator coils, and dryer vents for the past three years. They are very easy to make appointments with (we usually call a week in advance and always find a convenient time). This year, as in past years, they came on time, performed the work quickly and efficiently, and were very clean. They identified an early stage leak in our water heater and recommended repair (which they do not do), but this saved us from an emergency situation later. I will definitely keep using them for annual service needs.

Mark (owner) and his employee were extremely polite, helpful, and did what I judged to be a very complete and thorough job. They were both very helpful in answering my questions and explaining what they were doing. They called to provide an update about exactly when they were arriving, and were punctual. They spent a total of ~2 hrs doing the work. All in all, a very professional operation.

When I scheduled to have our air ducts cleaned, I spoke to Mark directly and he explained how he would complete the job and gave me an estimate of the costs. On the day service was scheduled, Mark and Dan arrived on time and proceeded to get the job done. In addition to cleaning our air ducts, Mark provided some helpful tips regarding maintenance of our water heater, air filter, and refrigerator coils. What my family noticed after the work was completed was how much more comfortable some of our rooms were when the furnace was running (Mark indicated there was a lot of debris collected in areas of the house where our dog spends most of her time). I would use Brouillette Home Service again.

The service went well. Worked hard, arrived on time, and did a good job. One of the main vents they were going to work through and it was remarkable how well it was cleaned when they were finished, not a spot of dust in it. The equipment was wonderful as well and they quoted me the same price as another company I have a maintenance agreement with. I received a very good price for the vents and work, overall.

I wasn't there when work was done, my husband was. The owner and one other gentleman came and swept the chimneys. They left all three chimneys very clean on the inside. I didn't look up the chimneys, but I would guess they are clean, too. His price was much less than another place I called. Price per chimney goes down after the first one.

Great service and very professional

Mark removed all my vent covers, and didn't just blow dust around, either! He used a tool that went down each vent, and blew the dirt where it belonged...in the furnace vacuum. Mark thoroughly cleaned all the vents leading to the furnace by using a whip-type tool that knocked off dust and dirt from the sides of the vents. The other company I had before didn't even own such a tool, nor did they do much of what Mark did. There is just no comparison! Like I said, he is the man/company for the job!!

Mark gave me an estimate over the phone and explained the process, since I had never had the ducts in our home cleaned. He called before his appointment and showed up on time. He taught me how to clean the humidifier attached to our furnace and the interior of our furnace. He did a great job, and I will definitely call him in the future.

We renovate properties and we always call Mark when we are finished to clean our ducts. Mark is always punctial on the timing and he does a great job. The way we originally started using was; we had another company out to cleean ducts on a renovation property. After they left there was a rattle in the duct work so we called the company to come back and look at it. They did so and told us that they would have to cut into cieling to fix the issue and it was going to cost us quite a bit to get the rattle fixed(something they did in the first place), and they also told us that they wouldn't fix the hole in the ceiling after they were done. So we called Mark for a second opinion, he came out that day and was able to fix our problem very quickly and easily without having to cut a hole in the ceiling or make a mess of any kind. When he was finished I asked what we owed and he said nothing just keep me in mind the next time you need duct cleaning! We've only used him for duct cleaning but his customer service is A+ and the price is right!

Mark gave an estimate over the phone and explained his equipment. He gave me a discount for scheduling multiple services at once. He called ahead of arrival and when he did arrive he immediately started working. Air ducts, then dryer vent, then fireplace. Mark brought me up to the roof to explain a cracked chimney topper and what repairs he recommended. After taking a look, Mark also recommended I clean the refrigerator coils under my fridge. I hadn?t planned on this, but am glad he suggested. Mark is very friendly and thorough. I felt confident in the work he performed. I would (and have already!) recommend Mark?s services to others, and I will schedule with him again in the future.

Mark answered the phone himself and had an opening available for the next day. He arrived at the beginning of the one hour window that he specified and charged exactly what he quoted. He was pleasant and professional, worked cleanly and quickly. I couldn't ask for better service or a fairer price!

The overall experience was very good. He was on time, did his job quickly and well, and had no surprises for me.

The phone was answered and he was professional. He arrived on time, completed the work as detailed and charged exactly what he said he would. I received a call when he was on the way and after the work was complete. My residents even called and said that Mark was great.

Mark was very professional and trustworthy. We had a new sound emerge after he completed his work and he came back right away to take care of it.
