I called with questions this morning regarding a hot tub heater flue possibly being plugged. I spoke with Carl on the phone, who was not only polite, but took the time to listen to the situation and promised he would speak with one of the technicians to check as to whether it was something they could look at. I was told he would call me back within 15 minutes, and he did. They've decided that they will have the owner contact me when he returns to town, which I'm hoping he will, and we can address the issue of a possible plugged flue. Carl was very responsive and professional, and I appreciated him spending the extra time with me on the phone figuring out whether it was something they could help with. If the work is done in the manner this phone call was taken care of, it would definitely receive an "A" rating in my book.

They were prompt, [pleasant and thorough. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I'm completely confused about all the positive reviews here... I wish I could upload pictures to my review because I have before and after pictures showing the dust in our ducts before... and still there after our cleaning. During the cleaning, nothing was sealed off, so huge clouds of dust/dirt were coming out of our vents and any seams in the ducts in our basement. There is a layer of dust on my washer and dryer and basically everything in my basement... also in my bedroom and my children's bedrooms. We now have to pay a cleaning service to come and clean our house. When we reported our issues to Mark, he said that is normal to have the dust spraying out like that and it wouldn't be cost effective for him to do anything to prevent that. We did contact other companies subsequently who said they do seal the vents. We also contacted the NADCA - National Duct Cleaners Association who said there should definitely not be dust spewing out of your vents because they should be sealed. Mark's response was that someone sitting in an office doesn't know what it's like out in the field. I'm hesitant to use Angie's List in the future because of this experience... I trusted the A rating and now I'm spending hundreds of dollars to #1 have my ducts re-cleaned and #2 have a cleaning service come and clean all the dust and dirt that sprayed out of my vents and ducts. Mark was willing to come and clean the spots that we know he missed because we can see them with our camera but we are declining. If he comes and cleans something we can see, how do we know about everything we can't see? And besides that, "cleaning" our ducts only resulted in spraying the dust throughout our house. He will not charge us for his service which we appreciate.

They showed up on time, were very friendly, showed me what they were doing, explaing things to me that I could do, and cleaned everything very well. I will hire them again - I highly recommend them.

Mark and his assistent worked quickly and efficiently to clean the ductwork. They were neat and clean. They moved anything that was in the way blocking access the vents and then put it back in place. The scheduling process was easy and they came when promised. The pricing was stated while making the appointment and was as stated. When it was all done Mark showed me what he had done, position of dampers, etc. His communication was clear and easy to understand.

Called for appointment and got scheduled for 10/4 with time block of 1-3 p.m. Mark called when they were on their way and confirmed address. He and Ed arrived and started right in. Showed me inside of ducts and were really dirty. Seemed very thorough in their work and were very neat and careful. Would have them do the work again in the future.

Mark and Ed did a fantastic job. We had a major problem with a clogged dryer vent and needed someone who could address the problem quickly. Mark was able to work me into his existing appointments, did a thorough job cleaning and even came back two days later to reclean the dryer vent a second time, because it was so clogged and wet inside, that he wanted to make sure he got it thoroughly cleaned. When he came back the second time, he installed a bird guard that he had recommend I pick up for our dryer vent. We also had the air ducts and furnace cleaned - they all turned out great! I will definitely use Brouillette again!

Professional and friendly service providers who seemed to know what they were doing. It's difficult to know the quality of the air duct cleaning, as I wasn't able to see how "dirty" the ducts were to begin with. I wish I would have been able to ask a few questions to learn more about the process, but I was busy with other things at the time they were working. They finished in less than 1.5 hours, and it all seemed pretty straightforward. They were careful to protect floors and surfaces around the house while they worked.

Mark arrived on time on the day that I preferred. He thoroughly cleaned all vents and returns and went out of the way to even check the appliances, dryer vents, air conditioner and furnace. I would definitely use him again for any of these services. He is affordable and professional.

Mark Brouillette is the owner of the company. They seemed to be excellent and were very thorough. I think they were here for a long time and what they charged us was really cheap compared to some other people. They worked constantly for like three hours and did an excellent job. I saw the stuffs that they got out of the air duct. I would use their service in the future.

On time. Charges were what we agreed on. They took out lots of dirt. All systems running well. Finding companies like this is why I belong to Angies List. Definitely worth the subscription fee.

I have used this company for chimney cleaning, a furnace check, and now for air duct cleaning. Mark is extremely personable and goes above and beyond what is expected. He and a coworker spent a lot of time making sure all my ducts were cleaned and then sprayed some germacide in them to prevent bacteria growth. He took the time to show me how filthy my dryer vents were and I asked him to clean those also, as long as he was there. Mark told me he would quick check my furnace, as a courtesy. He had been there a couple years earlier to go over that and clean it. I told him that I had just had a company come out the previous week for a complete 25 point furnace check and clean, and had paid them for their services. Mark took it upon himself to make sure I had gotten a good deal. Turns out, the company 's employee who had "cleaned" the furnace and supposedly did all the checks, didn't do a very good job at all. Mark showed me a couple things. First of all, he took the furnace filter out to check it and right there, in plain sight, were three dead mice. How could the other person have missed those? He also showed me some areas that hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned at all. He took care of the mice and cleaned the parts that were left untouched. He didn't expect any payment for that. I don't care what type of work Mark does for you, he is going to do an outstanding job. He is NOT going to tell you that you need something done if you don't. I will only use his company from now on for all the services he offers.

It was a pretty good experience. They went above and beyond. They even helped me fix my garbage disposal.

They showed up on time and did a very thorough job cleaning the ducts throughout the house. They found mold in our in-floor ducts downstairs. They cleaned all of the mold and then also added a germicide. I asked them to check the appliances and then to clean the refrigerator, hot water heater and dryer. They were careful to protect the carpets and wood floors. I will definitely have them come back again.

very professional, personable and attentive. Worked hard and fast, kept me appraised of any issues. found a piece broken in my furnace that was leaking water on the floor and help to repair and replace the piece. I am very pleased with their performance and will for sure use again

They did a very thorough job. It took a little over 2 hours because the ducts and furnace had never been cleaned (our house is 25 years old). Their cleanup was pretty good, except for the basement ceiling vents (there was a lot of dead buds and dust on our table and window ledge directly under those vents), which we didn't notice until later in the day. Other than that, great job. I called on a Thursday, and they were out the next morning. Great customer service. I will use again.

They came out when they said they would. They were courteous and professional, and they did a good job, from what I could tell.
