Cleaned all the ducts in our house after a remodeling project. They were prompt and efficient, got the work done quickly.

He was to arrive between 2-5 on Saturday. We spoke around 2:15 and noted that he'd arrive at 3 which he did. Mark and his partner did a thorough job. Our lowest level is unfinished with ducts exposed in the ceiling. There was a layer of dirt/dust on items after they left. Mark also helped clean out our bathroom exhaust fan.

It went pretty well. It took about a half an hour. They're really courteous and nice.

Mark was very helpful and polite. He got us in for an appointment right away while others were 2-3 weeks out. I'm very thankful for that as we weren't using our heater until we got the ducts cleaned and furnace was serviced. We will continue to use Brouillette Home Service in the future.

ReHe came when he said he would. He got right to work. The work went smoothly, and quickly. He explained a couple of things that helped me know what he was doing. He was personable and professional.

- Returned/answered phone calls on time. - Provided "how to" and cost details in advance. - Ground was wet on the first visit and so couldn't perform service. But didn't charge. This was impressive. The actual charge was billed only once the service was performed on second visit. - Gives good advice on not just the problem but on other things too.

Duct cleaning was done quite quickly and efficiently. He even helped me with my wood dust collection system. He was very thorough and considerate.

Mark the owner and a helper arrived at our home on time and did an excellent job on my dryer vent. I will use him from here on out (yearly).

About 16 months ago, we had our wood burning chimney cleaned. The last weekend in January 2013, we had a chimney fire, fire department responded. No one is sure way, may be a fluke, may be not cleaned well, may be burning too much wood too often. I looked for a company that I could get a hold of on the weekends. I called Brouillette Home Service. Great Response. He was great at accommodating our schedule. The day of the appointment I called him, he was willing to come out on the coldest day, we insisted in rescheduling. He came out the next day. Excellent service, very professional, covered items inside the house, climbed on top of the roof (it was still very cold out), explained we brought the wrong chimney cover, was willing to track down the correct type and come back out, lucky we had the original one-still in good condition-good solid steel, and recommended replacing some of the chimney pipes in the spring (the fire caused some glazing). My husband inspected his work-he was very impressed. Comparing his cleaning to the last company, we think the last company rushed through the cleaning. He explained, that during the winter months, he is in and out of the state. We will be calling him in the spring to replace the two sections of pipes and clean/sweep out the chimney.

The work they did was great. I will use them again and recommended them to family.

Mark Brouillette, Brouillette Home Services, never disappoints. Over the past three years, I have used his company and Mark to clean all my air ducts, clean the dryer vent, sweep the chimney, check a furnace that quit working and, most recently, Mark came to disconnect my gas stove and came back to hook up my new stove when it arrived. This was a tricky job since the shut off valve hadn't been operated for who knows how long. It was almost "frozen" in place. He never complains about anything. He goes above and beyond what you would expect. The reason I said "0" for the amount I spent is because I have used him a few times and am not going to add all the jobs. Let's just say, his prices are MORE than reasonable.

Let's just say that right after Mark left our house, my husband said "He is going to be our fireplace guy from now on." We just bought a house with two fireplaces and when we decided to light a fire in the one upstairs, the downstairs area got all smoky so we called Mark to schedule an inspection and cleaning. Mark called earlier in the day to let us know he was in our area and if it worked for us, he could stop by ahead of schedule. That was perfect for us! After looking at both fireplaces and the chimneys outside he let us know they were in great shape and didn't need cleaning. The smoke problem is an air pressure issue from one flue taking in air from the other that's being exhausted so he gave us a couple relatively inexpensive options to consider. Since it was such a quick visit and he was in the area he waived the trip charge. We are so impressed by his knowledge and honesty and will absolutely call him in the future when the fireplaces are due for a cleaning. We also plan to recommend him to anyone else we know who needs those services.

They arrived and explained what they were going to do and I asked if they had time to clean the dryer vent and they said yes. They moved any furnature that was in the way and protected the floors, then they went to work cleaning the air ducts first. Next they checked the furnance and cleaned what needed it, then they cleaned the dryer vent. The house smells very clean and I could feel the difference. I was very happy with their work and would use them again and recomend them to others. They really know what they were doing and have many years experience.

When I called to schedule my ducts to be cleaned, Mark Brouillette explained how it was done in detail. I was not aware they did fireplace cleaning as well so was happy to get that done at the same time. I was having a new furnace installed and thought I scheduled this service the day before. However when I called (the day before the furnace was to be installed) to confirm I found I scheduled the service for the same day the furnace was to be installed. I explained to Mark that I would have to cancel and have this done at a later date. He said he would see if he could fit me in. He called back within hours and came out that day and did the work. His people were professional and courteous. They left no mess and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely hire Brouillette to do this work again! When I called Mark, he immediately set up an appointment within a few business days of the call. He was prompt and called ahead. After much effort, he determined that the duct had, over time, become disconnected within the ceiling of the finished basement. Mark cleaned what he could after an attempt to reconnect the duct work was unsuccessful. It will require a more complicated fix, such as rerouting the vent or taking down some of the basement ceiling.

They did a fantastic job and were friendly, courteous, and professional. They cleaned both of our fireplaces and all of our ducts. They found large amounts of construction debris in our ducts and even a duct to the upstairs that was closed off. I expect we'll have a warmer winter this year. I will be using them again.

Very impressed with how quick they could come out. Called on a Monday afternoon, they were able to fit us in that Friday am. Worked perfect with the hot weather coming and the carpet install scheduled. More than we originally intended to spend, but with them out at the house it made sense to have what they recommended done. Ducts had probably not been cleaned ever (house is 50 years old) and they were nasty when you pulled off the covers. They did a great job cleaning. Very efficient and quick. Removed all the supply/return covers and replaced. Left some marks on the white wood work - it will probably come off with a wet cloth or we can touch up the paint. Also got the couch dirty when they ran the hose for their machine over it to get to a return duct, this cleaned up with a wet cloth. Overall, these are little items that we can quickly address and didn't deter us from our happieness with the experiences as nothing was permanently damaged.

I called during the week prior hoping to get someone out to clean the vents and I set up an appointment right away. They said they would be there between 10 and 11 and that they would also call when they were on their way. Got a call on Saturday at 10:45 saying they were on their way and would be there within 10min. Once they arrived, they got right to work. Very friendly and efficient. While one was working on finishing up the vents, the other checked all of our appliances and indicated that some of them needed cleaning. They finished everything up and left within ~3 hours.

I was recently diagnosed with a dust mite allergy so we are trying to eliminate as much dust from our house as possible. Duct cleaning seemed like a good place to start. I read reviews on Angie's list and chose BROUILLETTE HOME SERVICE because of their ratings. Mark the owner answered the phone when I called and he gave me the price while we talked and said he would be doing the work. He offered me his $89.99 special for the first 15 ducts and furnace cleaning. Plus $10 for each extra vent. When I said I found him on Angie's list he gave me another $10 off. We have a lot of vents in our house (39) for heat, air return and an air exchanger system. I have gotten quotes from another Duct Cleaner in the past, they charge a basic price plus $20-$25 per duct. For a total almost 3 times what Mark charged us. Needless to say I didn't hire that company. When I said the house was getting professionally cleaned the next day Mark said "I think we can fit you in later today". They showed up within the time window he quoted. I was pleased with the flexible scheduling. Mark & Ed were very thorough, even moving heavy furniture. Ed went so far as to vacuum off the back of my upright piano after he moved it away from the wall! They laid down tarps to protect the carpeting and were very careful. They were doing a pretty good job containing the dust bunnies they were stirring up until they got to the refrigerator coils which was a very messy job. Overall they worked really hard and were committed to doing a good job at a reasonable price. There was some very fine dust on surfaces after they were done, which I expected. That has been removed, so now we are looking forward to living in a much cleaner house.

It was a short wait for an appointment and I got the company name from Angie's List. They showed up when they said they would. The workers explained what they were doing and why. They were very efficient and worked hard and cleaned up after themselves during the approximate three hours they were here. They also showed me how to clean the filter in the dishwasher and made suggestions about our furnace humidifier without charge. I would definitely recommend this home service provider and will use them again. Excellent service!
