The service guy was right on schedule for the appointment. I had called to give directions to park behind the house rather than in front and the gentleman in the office informed me that the technician would be out shortly and he arrived within 20 minutes. First off, he asked me a lot of questions about the previous plumbing job. He was incredibly clean and worked quickly. I brought out towels just in case he needed them, but he had everything covered He zipped the line through the drain, cleared it out completely and then proceeded to run the faucet to make sure that it worked properly. Here's where the real kicker comes in - as he was packing up his tools and supplies, he realized the sink stopper wasn't in place. He asked if I wanted it left out - I told him that I thought the last guy left it out because the drain was running so slowly when he replaced the sink. So he got back down on the floor, took apart the sink and put the stopper in place for me. Then he retested the sink to make sure that everything worked and that it wasn't leaking. Amazing customer service. Super friendly and fast service guy - I would highly recommend SOS Sewer in a heartbeat.

Randy was very efficient and polite and cleaned up the work area after finishing the job. The drains had been left uncleaned for a very long time but he completed the job very quickly. I would definitely call this company again should I need plumbing help. I had actually called another Angie's List company first [the one I usually use] and they recommended this company as they couldn't do the job for me that day.

I talked to Jeff on a Friday, and although there was an extra charge for Saturday he was very accommodating to my schedule. Marty came on time on Saturday morning and got to work. While another individual had not only failed to clear out the roots to the street a couple of months ago, he had incorrectly identified that I had a broken pipe. Marty was not only able to get through the tough roots causing the immediate problem, he offered to come back at no extra visit charge with a new cable on his machine to get through the rest of it. He was very willing to schedule completely at my convenience, and he called on his way to make sure the time was still good for me. I felt that Marty really knew what he was talking about and dealing with, and it could have been a pretty complicated situation. He offered his opinion and advice every time there was a decision to make, and I felt like I could make a fully informed decision. These guys are great!!! I will absolutely use them again, if needed.

A very nice service man came out on a weekend and spent quite some time clearing out this very stubborn line. He was very determined; it ended up that he had to use 150 feet of cable. The price included the basic charge, plus an extra charge for an extra 50 feet of cable and a small weekend charge.

I called SOS right away in the morning and scheduled an appointment. The tech arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled window time, but that was OK for me since I was home that day. Service was fast and the drain is working well. This is the second time that I have used SOS and I will definitely use them again.

It took about 1/2 hour and the line was clean. They do offer 10% off the first line cleaned OR 50% off of the 2nd line cleaned on the same visit. The approximate cost I listed included that discount.

Randy was very professional and explained what he needed to do first. He cleaned everything up before he left. He said the lint trap I've been using should have worked but to be more sure of getting all the lint, he told me to also use old pantyhose over the drain hose with a plastic or metal clip. He said they trap more lint than any product on the market and they stretch and last longer, too. He gave me 2 Angie's List discounts. I also have a 90 day guarantee.

I picked this company from Angie's List. They gave me a time window between 1 and 3 pm. They called to say that a job prior to mine was taking longer than it should and they would be late. He got to our house at 4:30. He got right to work. I was amazed for all the black gunk he took out that he didn't get it all over. I appreciated that he explained the reasons for the problems we were having. Very friendly guy. He gave the Angie's List discount and gave me another discount because he was late getting out to our house.

SOS was very responsive and helpful. They were able to install a plug that another outfit had told me required a separate plumbing visit and would cost an additional $200. I was very surprised at the bill -- it was far lower than any other estimates I had received and I thought was extremely fair. I would not hesitated to use these guys again should the need arise.

They were polite in taking their shoes off before entering our home and asking us which door we preferred them bringing their equipment in. Just to mention $50 of the total cost went towards them having to come out on a Sunday. We were surprised that we didn't have to pay more than that.

3rd time toilet plugged in 6 wks. Explained when I called that I'd already paid 2 other plumbing companies to unplug. Each spent less than 5 min w/toilet auger and said it was fixed. Even after explaining that it's happened 2 times before SOS did the same and charged me $100. Service person was already less than 5 min from our house on another job. He said that this should work but he did the same as the 2 other plumbers, same tool, same 5 minutes and gone. He was pleasant and everything. I guess I'm just frustrated that I've spent over $300 to unplug the same toilet in 6 wks. We're not even hardly using it and we don't have kids in the house or use lots of toilet paper or flush wipes or tampons down it, etc.

Weekend call. We were called back immediately and a time was set for the drain cleaning. Appointment was kept and work completed quickly and efficiently. Took time to cover surfaces that might get dirty as a result of the drain cleaning. Blockage cleared and drain open again.

Outstanding (or whatever the highest rating is). Talked to SOS on Wednesday and made arrangements for them to come out on Thursday to remove ice from plugged sewer line. They came at 10 am on Thursday and were done and gone by 11 am. Very courteous, professional and friendly. Very careful to not make a mess or damage anything. Will use them for any sewer problems that we have in the future and will highly recommend them to our friends. Just can't say enough. I had attempted to clean out my own drain when I got the snake stuck. They came out and fixed the drain quickly.

The plumber arrived on time and on a schedule convenient for me. He finished the project in less than 20 minutes and gave me some recommendations for avoiding the problem in the future.

It went very well. He called ahead so I could meet him at home, he arrived right on time, the overall work took about 15 minutes. He explained how much the work would cost.

Sink backed up Friday eve. I called SOS's service and received a call back to schedule service within 30 minutes. They scheduled us for the next morning, came on time and did a great job -- cleaned up after the job and gave us tips for avoiding problems in the future. I'd called on SOS 2 years ago and had a great experience and will definitely do so in the future should any problems arise.

Contact them early Monday morning after our main drain backed up on Sunday. No problem scheduling and they said they would be at our house between 10:00-1:00 pm. Randy arrived at our house by 10:00 a.m, which was great. The work took about 1.5 hours to complete and he cleaned up the root debris. They charged $135 for the main sewer line and $52.50 each (discounted half price) to clean the floor drain and laundry tub. I decided to add the floor drain at the last minute, since we had a little water back up when we did our laundry.

They were able to come out the following day on the weekend. The price was approximate, it may have been more than $160. They cleaned the drain in 15 minutes. The higher price was for having to come out on the weekend. A few weeks later, the drain clogged again, and they performed the same service for free. Satisfied.

Easy scheduling. 2-hour window rather than 4. Randy called ahead and showed up on time. He took the time to discuss the problem along with future work I wanted performed (above and beyond drain cleaning) than recommended a local plumber also on Angie's List. The work was performed quickly, Randy reported finding an obstruction and the drain was cleared. SOS was in and out in less than 40 minutes.

Thanksgiving day with a house full of guests and a weekend of entertaining and what could go wrong? Sewer line was getting very slow and backing up through a floor drain. Major problem and on a holiday no less. Called SOS and was given a precise quote and estimated time of arrival. Technician was running late and was very prompt with schedule updates. Previous job took significantly longer than he anticipated but like I said he kept me up to date and it was never an issue. When he arrived he was quick to diagnose the situation and went to work. Left the work area clean and as found. I highly recommend SOS!

I appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain the problems to me. The estimate that he gave me over the phone was honored even though it took him quite a bit of time to take out the broken valve.
