I called SOS and described my situation, and they said that a plumber would call me back in a few minutes to schedule a visit. True to their word, he called right back and within an hour he was at my house and got to work. He finished the work very quickly, then recommended that I purchase an inexpensive lint trap for my washer hose at a hardware store to prevent the drain from clogging again.

Gave estimate over phone which was accurate plus discount of 10% because of Angie's List. Arrived on time. Courteous. Fully explained services. Cost was $100 less than last plumber who cleared out main drain.

Service was excellent. I called on a weekend so paid additional $50 for the service call. Technician arrived timely and was very professional. Service took 50 minutes. SOS cleaned main kitchen line.

Excellent work. Professional, same-day service (!!) and reliable work.

Someone showed up exactly when they said someone would be there and did the job quickly. I might mention that although I hadn't originally called them, when they found out about the referral they gave me their Angie's List discount.

SOS provides good service at a good price. I have used this company several times and am always satisfied with their service. I will continue to use them in the future.

They showed up quickly and got the drain cleared out.

I spoke to Jeff in the late evening to make appointment, was informed that a serviceman was available between 10am-12pm the next day (which I found acceptable). Randy called around 9:30am to verify services needed, to make sure I was home and to let me know that he would be over in approx 20 minutes. Once in my home, he was able to efficiently assess the situation and effectively deal with it, all the while maintaining cleanliness which I found surprising. I expected a much larger mess. He was very professional and personable and I would definitely welcome him back again.

They have been real good. They have been very honest with us, he informed us of scams and cons that are out there and when he did the work he was very good and very friendly.

Work went very well. The clog was about 8 feet into the line and he was able to clear it pretty quickly. He cleaned up and left.

The serviceman was late in getting there but a previous job took longer than expected. He had a difficult time getting his "snake" thru the drain due to outdated plumbing but kept at it until he successfully found the opening and the clog. It took him more than an hour for the first drain but he charged me for one hour of time only for that drain.

They were able to send a plumber just over one hour after I called. Randy called before he arrived to confirm the address. He was courteous and did the job well.

They didn't come out. They actually gave me the advice over the phone. They told me to try something to solve the problem, and it worked. They were very honest and didn't charge me for anything.

It was a perfect price, they were on time, and very clean. We have used them before and we have always liked them. They were very professional and polite.

SOS answered (rather than my having to leave a voicemail) when I called to make the appointment, scheduled it for the next morning even though it was not an emergency and said they would call when they were on their way to our house. Randy called and arrived shortly thereafter. He was professional, polite and willing to answer our questions about the work he was doing. He recommended having the main line cleaned in two years as a preventative measure. For billing, he wrote up the bill right on the spot, wrote down our credit card number, gave us a receipt as well as a sticker to remind us that SOS did the work and when to have it done again. The whole process took about 30 minutes. I will absolutely hire them again.

Within a few hours of placing call, they were here and had the problem fixed very quickly.

Over the period of a year my bathroom sink and bathtub drains began to drain ever more slowly. Randy, from SOS Drain and Sewer Cleaning, was, prompt, professional and ethical and did a great job based on a per-item price! (This is in contrast to a previous experience with Roto-Rooter where there was no per-item pricing and I even got hustled to pay the Roto-Rooter representative in cash). Again, from now on I'll always use SOS for my drain cleaning.

SOS came that same afternoon that we called. He was able to determine where the problem was immediately and cleared it. He told us how to prevent it in the future and even what to do and who to call (not his company) if this problem became persistent. We appreciated his service, information and the Angie's List discount.

It went excellent. They are very dependable and timely. They have fair pricing. I just call up and they come right out and get the job done. Also are very friendly and polite to the tenants in my apartment complexes.

I tried to fix a blocked drain line for my sink and bathtub and ended up stripping the drum trap cap and pushing the blockage further down the line. They were able to clear the clog and repair the trap in less time than it took me to figure out I had gone too far.

They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. It was raining, so they were very concerned about getting mud in our home. They helped me place rugs and old sheets so they wouldn't track in the mud. At the end, they showed me where they had missed the rugs so some of the mud got on the floor. They were very concerned, but I assured them I thought it would clean up ok (it did). Very nice experience.

They have been very good. It was the second time that I used this company. It is easy to schedule an appointment with them, and they will call when they are on their way. They do not make a mess.

Brad called before arriving for same day service. He evaluated the situation with my drain and drum trap. He covered my furniture with plastic to prevent a mess. He removed the drum trap cap (difficult, messy and smelly) and snaked the plumbing. He replaced the cap (the same re-usable plastic cap) and we checked that when the bathtub water ran, it did not leak. After everything was complete, Brad cleaned up the area. He answered all of my questions. Brad was polite, professional and honest. I would call SOS in this situation again.

They were on time, and they were wonderful and very respectful. They cleaned up very well. I would use them again and recommend them to others. They were great. I did have to have them come out twice for a few mistakes.

CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY. RANDY WAS A VERY HARD WORKING NICE PERSON. HE GOT THE COVER OFF THE MAIN DRAIN THAT I THOUGHT WAS IMPOSSIBLE.
