I called S.O.S. Drain & Sewer Cleaning Services late in the morning because I had water backing up through the basement floor drain, and into the laundry tubs. I was told they could be here between 3:00 and 5:00 pm, and around 3:00, Randy called and said he would be here before 4:00. He arrived and determined that I had two pipes that were mostly blocked. He explained the cost, and cleared the blockages. Randy couldn?t have been nicer, and took the time to give me tips on how to avoid future problems.

Selected due to Angie's List rating. Called at about 1:30pm with our emergency situation (sewer backup up into lower level plumbing) they said they'd see what they could do on availability, got a call 10 minutes later with a truck on the way, arrived by 2:30. That was beyond expectation. We never had any issue like this so this was a first for us. He located the main sewer line cap and brought in big monster snake and immediately fed into the main sewer line, he said he felt the obstruction clean out at about 50 feet in, which would be in the middle of our front yard. I could never have done this myself. They also found the basement line backed up into shower and was clogged and it was extra charge but they addressed that too, and I had them snake the line in kitchen for good measure since that i s so heavily used and we have a garbage disposal. They were neat and cleaned up fine and for a messy no fun job they handled it well. The timeliness saved us from considerable damage as sewer water was starting to back up into a carpeted area.

I wasn't able to get ahold of the person I normally use to do my biannual maintenance on my main line, so I came on Angie's list and found SOS> I like to get my main line done every couple of years, as I have lots of trees and get roots. I called this morning and Randy actually came within a few hours. He did a great job and said I was one laundry load away from a flood! Talk about good luck ! And even better , he cleaned up so well, you couldn't even tell he had been in my house. While SOS was more expensive then the company I have used for years, I would hire them again.Plus they give me an Angies List discount which was nice.

Excellent! The Service Person called when he said he would, arrived on time and it was a quick in and out!

SOS was prompt, friendly. There was a bit of difficulty getting our antique drain cap back on, but they offered to replace if they were not able to fix the stripped threads. They got it back on, and, even with the setback, got the job finished in the timeframe I expected.

Home warrenty provider. Work done as expected. On time, polite and effiecient. Would use again (but hope I don't have to

I was tired of dealing with re-clogging drains and SOS was able to come out the next day. After about an hour of working on the clog, Adam, the tech, told me what my options were and how much everything would cost. We decided to go with water-jetting so Adam was setting up that appointment and cleaning up when the remaining clog dissolved. Adam said he had been taking his time cleaning up because he had hoped that the clog would finally release. So I didn't need the water jet and the cleaning was probably half what I expected to pay .Would highly recommend SOS to anyone.

Great! Randy was here right on time, was efficient, and ran the line twice. Since my line seems to clog every year with tree roots, he gave me the exact distance where the clog was so I could later have another person come to look through it with a camera to see if I needed to repair the line.

I called SOS Monday to schedule an appointment to come out to fix a leak in our main sewer drain. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day between 9a-11a. Randy called Tuesday about 8:30am to confirm we were home & to let us know he was on his way & would be here by 9a. Randy was here just before 9a & immediately went to work to fix the leak. The cover on the pipe was not the original, having been replaced previously, & did not fit well. Randy had to clean out the threads & edges of the pipe to get a new cover to fit snug. He happened to have an old cover which was like what had originally been on the drain. (The house was built in 1959.) Randy was here about an hour & cleaned up any mess he made. I would definitely recommend SOS for anyone with clogged drains or sewer problems. We were kept informed, treated courteously, and they were prompt, efficient, & reliable.

They were able to unthaw the pipe (which is located in our tuck-under garage) with high pressure steam within an hour or so. They gave us our Angie's discount ...in addition to being very courteous. Suggested if we are to be gone over a long period during cold weather that we should have a hose connected to furnace and run into a large bucket which could then be emptied. Also said "high efficiency furnaces" are "good friends to them".....

Service was performed as expected with no surprises.

SOS came out on a Sunday morning to deal with a sewer line back up. Martin was very pleasant to work with-skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and he discussed potential future problems I may encounter.

Technician arrived within the window of time designated, and he (Randy) was courteous, professional, and skilled. He worked quickly and made a recommendation to replace the water-level ball, which resulted in a better flow in the drain.

Great service, all the way around. Randy arrived on time, and was able to quickly clear the drain line to my two-tub kitchen sink (including garbage disposal). When he left, the area was clean, the drains ran clear, and all was right with the world again.

SOS has been performing preventative maintenance on my home's sewer line since 2007 when they cleared a blockage in the line. They has been very easy to work with. They schedule at times that are convenient for me, arrive reliably, and perform the work well. Their price is very reasonable.

I called them at 9:00, and they had my sink unclogged by 11:00. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend SOS.

Drain got clogged late on a Sunday night. They answered and were willing to come out that night. I decided to wait Gil next day as I was tired. They showed up on time and did a great t job! And I'm very picky! I would definitely recommend them.

They were wonderful. The drains backed up at the end of a renovation the very day the carpet was due to be installed (of course). I called Jeff and he offered to send someone right over. They had a service man who had just finished a job in our area. Sure enough, less than 30 minutes later Brad arrived and saved the day. He fixed the problem (clogged drain) right away. Jeff's suggestion to buy the carpet layers some lunch in exchange for the delay went over really well too! These will definitely be our go-to place from now on.

Called late in the morning on Mother's Day. Talked to Brad B. who told me when he thought he would be able to get to us. He called us just when he said he would and arrived shortly after that. He first ran a snake in to view the clog. He was not able to identify the exact cause of the clog. No biggie, he then cleared the clog with a different snake and we were in business. Brad was careful to lay down a tarp on stairs as he brought snake/tools in and took it out of the house. He also carefully replaced the carpet that he had taken up. He answered all questions in a courteous and professional manner. We would hire SOS Drain & Sewer again.

Was able to unclog most of the drains. Quick work and overall good job. A bit pricey.

I called the telephone number listed for SOS Drain Tile and explained my problem, which was that I had a clogged kitchen sink. He asked my town and I told him and he said hold on one moment. When he came back to me, he asked if I wanted to have my problem solved that very day. He had a guy, Adam, within 10 minutes of my place. I said that would be great. Adam was at my door no more than 15 minutes later, and cleared my clogged drain. To further complicate the situation, I had back to back sinks, my kitchen sink pipe was directly across from my bathroom sink. Yet, Adam was able to resolve the problem and left within 30 or 40 minutes. I didn't time it. Adam was very personable and professional. I would use this company again. What great service. Also, he cleaned up afterwards very thoroughly.

I submitted my information on their website and after a few emails back and forth had an appointment set at a convenient time the following week. Adam called 10 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. I explained what was happening and he was eventually able to clear the clog after several attempts. He replaced the clean out plug and cleaned up the work area. I am pleased with the results.
