Lockguard came over promptly and rekeyed our locks. The customer service was great and he made good suggestions for additional security.

My car was stolen and there was a house key in the car. We needed the keys changed THAT DAY. I called and they said they could have someone out there within a couple of hours. He called my husband, who was working at home. My husband said he was there when he said he would be, he was pleasant, efficient and there was no mess when I came home (other than my husband's!). The locks work better than they did before. The price was less than half of what I expected, but I would have paid whatever they asked at that point. I would use this company again and recommend them highly.

Chuck rekeyed the locks on my new home. He also replaced strike plates and installed a bolt for added security. He made suggestions to increase the level of security that I can do on my own. He was pleasant and informative. Will definitely use him for future needs.

Ben was my technician. He was very honest, courteous, prompt. He did exactly what was asked and in a timely manner at a fair price.

They work is very well done and everything looks great. They took the time to explain a variety of options and showed me color samples where relevant. The serviceman was very polite and shared with me his recommendations and even greased some of my squeaky doors. There was one door that has gotten a little warped with time and he came back to adjust some of the settings to help the lock function smoothly. They returned calls promptly and were very professional. I was highly pleased with all aspects of their work.

Arrived on time and did everything I wanted. So I have no complaints about the service, but the cost seemed like a lot compared to other people here who said what they had done and the cost.. I never got any other quotes and I never even got a quote from Lockguard, I just had them come out and do the work.

He was superb. He was very polite. He was the best service provider we have had. He was knowledgeable as well. He cared about what things looked like.

Arrived on time, good communication, did an excellent job on the locks themselves. Even fixed a couple of issues with my front door lock for no extra charge. The fee I paid included a service fee for my area (north metro). Did not include hardware, which I purchased separately. Was well worth it to get a company that I didn't have to worry about.

Gary answered the phone after 6pm when I called him with an emergency situation and needed a locksmith. He was very nice to work with and was sympathetic to the situation I was in where a renter had destroyed our house while my husband was out of town. He was able to set up a meeting time the next afternoon right when I needed his help. He then worked with my schedule to go back to the property 2 days later. He explained the cost up front and did a good and thorough job. We plan to hire him next week to change all the locks once more for us. We have never needed a locksmith before but Gary has made us loyal customers when we need one again in the future.

Ben was extremely responsive from answering my email in regards to an estimate to providing service at our new home. He arrived on time and worked quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable and provided great service. One of our locks was broken on our unique front door upon Ben's arrival. Since he didn't have the part in his truck, he ordered it and gave a call back the same day to set up a time to come back out to install it. We will definitely use Lockguard again. Nice work!

I called LockGuard yesterday. They put me on their schedule for today. Gary called me this morning and came out to my house to do the work. I was very pleased with his work.

Would definitely use again at home and on my commercial projects too! Very knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. Initially left phone message to request info/pricing for two new deadbolts. Received a prompt call back with pertinent questions about what type of work to be done. Ben, the locksmith, suggested that if the old locks were in good shape, that he could simply re-key the locks. A much cheaper alternative. One door never had a deadbolt so that needed to be installed. He cleaned up the existing deadbolt on the other door and installed a stronger striker plate on the doorframe.

They did good work. The locks are working just fine now. The new keys for the lock that I had no keys for work perfectly. Good communication. They were very prompt between the time I called and the time that they came out.

The locksmith was very professional. You could tell that he was very concerned about doing a good job and making sure everything was secured. I had a garage door that need some work to get it aligned. He gave me some good advice on what to do with the door and what locks I could use now. He definitely took his time and made sure he did a good job. I was impressed with his attention to detail. I would definitely use this company again!

Prompt Service and several upgrades were suggested. No sales

I called that morning, and received a call for service that afternoon. Ben was very knowledgeable about the problem. Although he didn't have the part he needed, he was able to make my door function again until it was convenient for me for him to return. He even noticed a latch issue on my front door that needed some attention, so he fixed that, too, before he left. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with this company. Ben was friendly and trustworthy. The price was very fair. I will use this company in the future.
