Description of Work: Chuck came out on short notice and evaluated the security at my daughter's home.He installed different types of locks for us and was easy to work with and he gave us some real good ideas for beefing up the security. I was so impressed with his work that I plan on having him come out to our home and look at what we need to do to strengthen our security. Chuck was very professional in his work and you could tell he liked what he does.He even took his time and explained how each lock was going to work and the price for the lock before he did the installation.

Description of Work: Chuck came out to re-key all of our locks. We had found the day before that someone (from outside of our own household) had hidden a key to our home under a roof shingle, which was easily accessible from our deck. Having just had our roof replaced 10 months ago, and not being the original owners of the house, we know this was recently placed there and we were very concerned that someone was planning on coming into our home. Since we are not the original owners, but this was an original key, we know other people have had access to keys to our home. Chuck was very sensitive to our dilemna and came out the same day we called. He even gave us suggestions as to how we could further protect our home. He was curteous, knowledeable and extremely fair. If we decide to do more with the locks in our home, we will definitely call on him.

Description of Work: Mike tried to open the broken lock on my fire safety chest, even though I was sure that was not possible. Reluctantly, despite my clear permission he broke into the box. He was very careful not so spill the powdered insulation, carried the box to a table for me and gave me some free advice on home security. He was at my door less than 20 minutes after we spoke. I had hoped to carry he box to him, saving a service call, but it was too heavy for me to put in my car. He was more than willing to accommodate me on that request, and very prompt to respond to my change in plans.

Description of Work: I had an occasion to call Lockguard Mobile Locksmiths. My call was handled with utmost courtesy and efficiency, and Chuck was able to meet me in a few minutes. He took care of the immediate problem and then checked and adjusted all the other parts of the door and lock mechanism, so that it is now as good as new. The charge was very reasonable. I have used Lockguard before and they have always been superior in their service. In my judgment, they deserve your highest ranking.
