The company do not push you for your business. John was great and was not a forcing person, I interviewed others and they wanted a $80 fee up front, nor did he say anything about other companies. This is the way companies should do business with potential clients.

On time, professional. Very good communication skills with regards to operation of heater. Very clean and neat. Didn't need to clean up after. Very nice and friendly people.

We needed a new water heater. After turning down an in-home quote of $3,400 from Hero, I did a quick Angi search. Two companies called back quickly with estimates of around $1,500. I chose Water Heaters Now and they installed the same Rheem premium 40 gallon water heater. that Hero had offered. Water Heaters Now repaired several other gas related items to bring us up to code for much less than the Hero bid for those repairs (their technician was throwing those repairs in "for free"). Bruce, the installer, was here 45 minutes after our call, he was courteous and thorough. I would use them again.

They were the only company that would give me a quote over the phone. They requested some pictures of our old water heater and after receiving them they gave a quote. The other vendors I contacted requested that they needed to send out there representative, charge me $89 to $99, for there call to give me an estimate. If we hired them the fee would be waived, if not I was out the money. They were prompt and professional.

I called Water Heaters Now based on an ANG recommendation. Replacing our existing heater required relocating a poorly positioned water softner. (A plumber from another company refused to do the job.) Jake from Water Heaters Now agreed to do the job without hesitation. He relocated the water softner and installed the water heater. Jake's workmanship is excellent. I will certainly call Water Heaters Now again for any plumbing project.

They were able to install our new water heater same day. Ayden our technician was very professional and educated us on how to maintain our unit.

The employees I spoke with by phone and the installer in my home were all great to work with. They answered my questions completely, and explained everything as things moved along prior to and during the install itself. They called me back very soon after I submitted my request and were here the next day. Everything was done within 24 hours which was my requested time frame.

They were one of the first to call me back. The owner came out to assess the situation since it was a little more complicated than some. They had the water heater in stock, the brand that I wanted and made the installation the same day. The lead plumber, Jake, was great. He did a very nice job.

Our water heater leaked from a rusted out spot on a Sunday afternoon. Went to Angie on Monday morning to get a professional out with a new water heater, hoping we could get it done by Wednesday or Thursday. WHN responded to my request with an indication they could have the work done that same day. I hired them, and true to their word, the work was completely done by 1:00 PM that Monday: less than 5 hours after I first spoke with them. There was a smallish premium (~$200) for that level of speed, but it was worthwhile for us to not have to wait to have this done.

Friendly, great, punctual service at a reasonable price. Quella was very friendly. She asked the right questions to ensure we would get what we needed/wanted and expected. The price was within the quoted estimate and included the water heater, installation, city permit cost, and haul away of the old water heater. I contacted HomeAdvisor requesting quotes early Tuesday morning and the new water heater was installed by 1:30 p.m. that afternoon. The Water Heaters Now team lived up to their promises.
